Guys, I just did another ultrasound at work, because I'm crazy like that, and um, there are two babies in there.
Holy. Shitballs.
Edited: NEVERMIND! Pretty sure that was just an echo, but man was it strange. Nurse saw it too and started freaking out. Went back to take photos for hubbie, and just one baby.

@jjmno1616 I just read that thread the rest of the way through - sorry. I am also grateful for the TTGP crew. @fishsticks-n-custard Damn, way to mess with your own mind! I would have flipped out!

@JJMNO1616 I have also had a lot of evening sickness. I have had a couple gourmet jello dinners lately
Apparently 8w is tough for me. I came home early from work Wed to nap. Then I stayed home sick Thur and napped twice. Then I stayed home Fri assuming it would be bad too.
I actually felt a lot better Fri... until we went out to dinner. As soon as my lobster tacos were set in front of me, I wanted to puke. I couldn't touch them and didn't eat. When I was in the restroom (afraid I would puke) the server asked MH if I was pregnant. I guess my ordering an iced tea while DH had a beer, asking if there was raw egg in their Caesar dressing, and getting sick when my food came out gave me away. Oddly enough, I had no issues eating my lobster tacos when I got home. It was delicious!
Pregnancy is weird. I never once felt like I would puke in any of my previous pregnancies.
Omg I posted before reading the second page!!! @fishsticks-n-custard whoa giiiiirl, I totally freaked out for a second about your second baby news. I can't imagine how you were feeling!
Oh man, pro-tip, don't let your husband be in charge of making restaurant reservations in Japan when you are in your first trimester.
Our first dinner was at a small elegant sushi bar. Only problem is the dinner is omakase (set menu by chefs). And you are eating at the bar while the very kind chefs watches you. Except you really are not in a place emotionally or physically to eat uni and mackerel and crab gizzards. But you don't want to be rude.
You better belive I murdered the "American Breakfast" this morning.
@kmalls we are in Chiyoda staying at the Aman. the hotel is incredible and I am gaga for the people here. it's my second time, but I am still so struck how polite and graceful all the people are. My husband really wanted to come, he loves design and restaurants. the only bummer is im usually an adventurous eater, but with this pregnancy, all I think about is toast and pizza!
@stalkinghorse ah so you're in Tokyo! I lived in the serious countryside in Nagano prefecture, but I went to Tokyo every time I had the chance. If you haven't already, you must go to The Peak bar at the Park Hyatt. It's in Shinjuku and the most stunning bar I've ever been to in my life. Go at night and you can see the entire Tokyo skyline. It's fancy and expensive, but going for one drink is sooooo worth it. Ahhh I'm so jealous just thinking about it!
Hey guys. Sorry I've been mia. I can't believe how much being back at school has taken out of me. Picking up my phone at night has been more effort than I have because I'm also on the night sickness boat. After 5pm, food is simply not an option.
@JJMNO1616 I hope you are starting to feel better. Agree with you about the board. It is a little tougher to participate. @stalkinghorse have so much fun in Japan. You are incredibly brave for taking on that cuisine @kmalls I had no idea you lived in Japan! FX for all the testing My in-laws also have a house in Naples. They were pretty lucky overall but others in the same community were not. They have been working really hard helping neighbors and are so sad to see their friends suffer. (My IL are snowbirds but a lot of people in the community are year round and older) @saralee797-2 hope the headaches settle down @fishsticks-n-custard your US story is crazy! I can't imagine that roller coaster @cards10 I hope PGAL brain dies down. I wish I could offer more support than that but we are here if you need to vent

@kmalls THANK YOU for the awesome recommendation, we loved it! Today's our last day in Japan before we go to Bangkok to transfer over to Bhutan. I'm so excited about Bhutan, it's been on my bucket list for a while!
@stalkinghorse omgggg that sounds like a dream trip! I love how adventurous you guys are. Were you both able to get extended time off for this? I still haven't been able to swing adulthood and big traveling -- it's just never worked out.
ETA: I'm so happy you guys went to the Park Hyatt. That bar will forever be my favorite.
Ladies keep up with your water drinking. I had a dehydration headache this weekend along with some morning sickness which made for the worst day of my life. I'm terrible at drinking fluids so It's been my goal to start drinking water as soon as I wake. I never want to do that again.

Tylenol is the worst. I think it's tension because my H rubbed my shoulder and that almost took it away by this morning. So annoying.
All your weekend plans sound amazing!!
