Im mobile so I hope these aren't huge. Luna (top) is our 1 yr old Australian shepherd mix from a random trip to petco. Gracie (cat) I adopted off the street in college so she's about 14 now. Bottom is Pippy our heeler adopted from a rescue and is 8 years old. So. Much. Fur!
I love this! Im mobile so I hope this pic is normal sized. The spotted one is Annie and the black one is Kingsley. My two mutts. We are crazy dog parents. They sleep with their heads on our pillows at night.
This is Jack. He's earned his nickname, Jackass. His favorite activities include going on adventures (we don't have a fenced yard), standing on the table to eat the girls leftovers, ripping open trash bags, and walking into a room with people in it just to crop dust. We adopted him about 3 years ago. He is so, so good with kids and I love the level of responsibility he has given my 6 year old.
Sorry if these are massive. Mobile problems. Top one is Poppy. She's my 6 year old white lab. Her hobbies include finding a body of water within 100 miles and turning herself into a chocolate lab on the daily.
Bottom is Beau. He's a mix of everything. Literally. He lives every day like it's the best day of his life. He's also a fantastic alarm clock as he must be fed at the same time every day on the dot. His hair floats through the air and he has yet to learn how to vacuum so that sucks.
I am a huge fan of this thread guys well done, beautiful fur babies! This is my little angel BLT, she's a labradoodle and as big and fluffy as a bear. Even though she's old and grey and i hardly ever see her anymore I love my little fluffybutt!
@molly1108-2 Love the picture of your fur baby! They're definitely a crazy breed. Ours was found with her mom who was a full red heeler suprisingly. We assume dad was a blue heeler, border collie, or Aussie. The boys in the litter were mostly black and much fluffier.
Brutus who recently passed away from cancer. I miss him everyday. Benson who is named after my favorite TV character -Olivia Benson. She'll be two soon and thinks she runs the house.
Groot who we adopted a few months ago. He's a hyper teenage boy who loves to escape whenever possible.
Zara the pit bull mix and Cruz the vizsla (?) mix. We adopted them both, Cruz just a few months ago. She hadn't ever been in a house before and was afraid of EVERYTHING. She attached herself to Zara like glue. They love each other sooooo much it's so adorable- they lay like this every night!
Groot who we adopted a few months ago. He's a hyper teenage boy who loves to escape whenever possible.
Kodi was a total escape artist when she was younger. The final straw was when she escaped Doggy Alcatraz by swimming (mind you, she hates the water and I've never before or after seen her swim anywhere) 1/4 mile across an alligator infested lake. After that we sent her off for training.
I'm also loving all the heelers! They were a close runner up when we were choosing breeds.
This is one of our monsters. He's a 3 year old rescue we adopted last year. He's a total cuddle monster and craves attention like all.the.time. Constantly. It's annoying but he's a sweetie. I'll have to sneak a pic of the other. She hides from Lou.
@tincupchalice oh my god my heart was racing just reading that I completely forget that the US is full of alligators/ snakes / spiders! I'd be scared to let my pupper run around, she happily spends an hour in lakes chasing ducks.
This is Cleo. I rescued her about 8 years ago when she was a feral kitten living on the streets. She is calm, aloof, sweet, cuddly, and hates Louie. She's not bad with the kids but she doesn't seek them out. I'm her favorite. Which makes sense because I had her before I had any other living being in the house.

Yeah, my husband was pretty freaked out. I wasn't there when it happened. Fortunately we're out of alligator land for now. Rattlesnakes and scorpions instead. So far so good though; I've only ever seen those buggers once or twice and never with Kodi.
Here's my dingos. Cat Mercutio is a Bengal. I call him my super model because is so beautiful but does the dumbest stuff, lol. And Chloe is our latest addition, 5mo Golden Doodle. We lost two dogs last year and our house felt empty, so even though adding a puppy and a baby is insanity - we went for it!
LOVE all the animals on here but I'm def a cat person so @Pearlvirus your bengal is gorgeous!! And @sparkymcgeee Cleo reminds me of my Charlotte, she too is not a fan of other cats!
Here's my Luna playing ball with my daughter this summer and another photo of her wanting to hold hands. She is a 5 year old rescue pup and the sweetest smartest dog I know. We did a doggy DNA test on her since we wanted to know her breed(s) and it turns out she's mostly lab and Schnauzer and the rest boxer, German Shepard, and beagle. She badly ruptured a disc in her spine a few years ago and was paralyzed from it. Fortunately emergency spinal surgery was able to repair her and she's back to her spunky self.
@char245 I got super lucky. I happened to be at the right place at the right time when a breeder surrendered a pregnant mama. So I got him as a kitten, can feel good about rescue AND it didn't cost a million dollars!
@justsuzie she's a golden doodle, her mama was an all white standard poodle
@molly1108-2 We have a 2.5 year old, and he doesn't try to heel the toddler, but I also have a very un-heeler-like heeler. He heels nothing, and is generally very lazy unless there is a ball or frisbee involved.
Romeo!!!! He's a German Shepherd Corgi mix. About 2 ft tall, 4ft long and 90lb he thinks he's a water dog. I don't think he can swim so he's not allowed passed the shallows.
I've got two sweeties! Finley is a Boston/beagle mix who eats literally everything, and Zelda is a rescue so we aren't totally sure what her breed is... Border collie and something? She has her own Instagram legendofzeldadog haha she's tech savvy.
Gizmo- our oldest. She's too smart for her own good and was our first baby. She's still wondering when our other dog and DS are going to leave so she can go back to her peaceful existence.
And Gadget- our eternal puppy. He's 7 and has endless amounts of energy. He's also astonishingly dumb for a corgi, but he's also so sweet. If we don't watch him at night, he sneaks into DS's room to sleep with him.
