Re: Tuesday Ticker Change
13 weeks, a lemon! Officially the start of the 2nd trimester! Wooo
2. How are you feeling?
Pretty good overall. I still have nausea here and there. I've started to feel like when I use the bathroom to pee, my bladder/uterus still feels heavy after I'm done? Not sure if that's a pregnancy symptom or a UTI.
3. Any appointments next week?
Not until the 22nd. I had my NIPT bloodwork come in on Thursday, we found out all is normal and it's a girl! I was honestly surprised. I don't know why I was thinking boy! I've been looking at nursery ideas on Pinterest every since.
4. Rants, raves, questions?
Rave: Bought my first maternity clothes this weekend, some cheap tops from Ross and leggings from Target. Bring on the fall weather! I've got my stretchy pants.
Question: I have been on progesterone for the 1st trimester and was told to take it until 13 weeks (today). I still have 5 pills left and am wondering if I should just toss them or take the rest of the bottle? I realize this may be an 'ask your doctor' question, but was curious if any of you ladies did anything similar (took progesterone a little longer than you needed to?)

13- a lemon
2. How are you feeling?
Still nauseous. Headaches are awful. I'm grouchy and tired.
3. Any appointments next week?
I have my next OB apt on Friday. We'll check on baby and get the results from our NT scan.
4. Rants, raves, questions?
My one year old is finally getting her first two teeth! FINALLY. I called today and set up her 1 year doctor apt and had them switch who her provider is. The old doctor was incredibly rude to be at the last appointment because my daughter wasn't saying words yet (at nine months - give me a break) and had been having early intervention people calling me almost daily ever since. She said her first word three days after that last appointment and now says a total of four words. She doesn't need speech therapy, thanks for ignoring me when I tell you that though.
5. GTKY: What is something you really want, but can't afford?
A vacation.
Edit to say sore
1. How many weeks are you? How big is baby? 14 weeks -- a peach!
2. How are you feeling? I feel good, just stressed about needing a colposcopy in pregnancy.
3. Any appointments next week? 16-wk appt. will be near the end of September
4. Rants, raves, questions? First day of school, DONE! Off to our VB match for the night. I'm praying to get enough sleep on match nights to stay focused during the day (and healthy)!!
5. GTKY: What is something you really want, but can't afford? Ditto on the lake home @JBcakes08 -- we grew up near a lot of beaches, but now I live in an area where they're few and far between. EVERYONE (not really) I know has a cabin but me (read in a whiny teenage angst voice). I'd really like a getaway on a lake for my family!!
11 weeks, a lime!
2. How are you feeling?
Nauseous all day and tired all the time. Having trouble falling asleep and then when I do, I have crazy dreams.
3. Any appointments next week?
Yes next Friday I have my 12 week check up.
4. Rants, raves, questions?
Feeling guilty that I don't have the energy to play around all the time with my 22 month old daughter. She often wants to play outside in the 90+ heat and I just can't handle it for very long.
5. GTKY: What is something you really want, but can't afford?
Would love to go on a family cruise to Alaska!!
@LiveNLove44 I get it! So many of my friends have family with a "lake house" and I try to tag along like once a summer. I wish I had my own place! I love boating and jet ski-ing, it's so much fun! Wish I could do it whenever I wanted.

Due with #3 December 2020!
I feel pretty good. Some weird tightening once in awhile and my back hurts. Awful restless leg syndrome though. I think it's Zoloft withdrawal.
No appointments til the 26th.
Just anxious waiting on our NIPT results!
A bigger house. We're in 3 bed 2 bath in the country. Technically we could afford it but I refuse to pay the taxes lol.
1. How many weeks are you? How big is baby?
11w, lime
2. How are you feeling?
Sleepy.
3. Any appointments next week?
NT scan next Friday. So nervous!
4. Rants, raves, questions?
Eh lots.
5. GTKY: What is something you really want, but can't afford?
Bigger house. New car. Vacation to Jamaica. So many things.

2. How are you feeling? - Good, but a bit concerned that I haven't gained any weight yet. Like, not even a single pound. Baby was measuring fine at my 12-week US and I have not been restricting my diet AT ALL. I eat whatever I want. But I think my doctor will lecture me when I see her next week.
3. Any appointments next week? Yes, my monthly OB appointment next Thursday
4. Rants, raves, questions? - My almost four-year old doesn't nap (hasn't in forever) and is so high energy I just can't keep up with her lately. We get outside, she does swim lessons and gymnastics, and she's still running around like a mad woman after dinner lol. I love her but it's been tough lately.
5. GTKY: What is something you really want, but can't afford? Can't think of anything. There are things we can't afford, but nothing I truly want at the moment.

Baby #2 M/C 4/5/16
1. How many weeks are you? How big is baby?
13 weeks, a lemon
2. How are you feeling?
Nearly like a human again! Nausea is only sporadic, the growing pains are really kicking in now though.
3. Any appointments next week?
Next appointment is the 21st, just the monthly routine appointment.
4. Rants, raves, questions?
As much as I'm loving the lack of nausea, suddenly being almost constantly ravenous is getting annoying. I'm still working through jetlag and just don't have the energy/patience to get groceries yet.
5. GTKY: What is something you really want, but can't afford?
So much house remodeling. I actually need to get a few things done in the next year which I will be able to afford, but then I also want to redo all the floors and get windows that are actually insulated, do a few cosmetic things so that we'll be able to sell the house more easily later on.
