WAYDTGKU: Lots of the normal stuff plus trying out OPKs to fulfill the urge to POAS.
R/R: Did a great yoga workout last night. My back and shoulders have been getting kind of sore lately, probably from poor posture while sitting behind a computer all day at work. Going to try to put some effort into getting up once an hour to walk around a bit and stretch. Also, DH and I HIO 4 days in a row since it's my FW! I think we hit a record (which is maybe kind of sad since we've been married for 8 years)? Haha.
CS/Q: Not temping.
GTKY: If you could turn any activity into an Olympic sport, what would you have a good chance at winning a medal for? Planning! I just love planning vacations and trips -- researching hotels, restaurants, things to do. Once we decide to plan a trip I can't stop til it's done. My favorite kind of trips to plan are Disney trips!

CS/Q: egg held on. Got nervous cause my afternoon opk was headed down. But last nights was super dark and positive.

CS/Q: no temping
GTKY: If you could turn any activity into an Olympic sport, what would you have a good chance at winning a medal for? Quilting would be the obvious one. I'm also a pretty darn good closet cleaner/organizer!
@offtoneverland I also have terrible posture (and carpal tunnel at age 28 from so much typing). I need to look up some chair yoga--I enjoy that and it does help. I love planning vacations too! It drives my husband nuts because he's more of a do-what-I-feel-like-in-the-moment kind of vacationer. We compromise--I make lists and he chooses from them!
@offtoneverland, I love planning trips too! Last year around this time I was figuring out how long it takes to get various places on the Tube in London so I could put the finishing touches on our honeymoon itinerary. So much fun! (Both the planning and the trip.)
@catlady1215, GL at the vet today! I hope your kitty feels better soon.
@quiltandknit, aww, that sounds like a cute moment with your dog to start the day with!

WAYDGTKU: OPKs, PNVs, Pomegranate juice, CoQ10, BBT, CM, hopefully starting to HIO tonight!
R/R: Found out that one of my favorite bands (The Tillers) is coming to town later this month! Just a few days after I'm seeing Shovels & Rope, so it's going to be a great music month for me.
CS/Q: It feels like my cycle is finally getting back to how it was pre-birth control in terms of CM and probably hormones too (I can tell because I'm having more migraines). Really hoping that's a good sign for getting KU soon.
WAYDTGKU: I will be doing all the things, plus opks this cycle.
R/R: Rave....So happy to be over here now. Y'all just don't know. Learned a lot last cycle since it was all natural. I'm typically anovulatory, so let's hope I can get another egg out this cycle.

GTKY: If you could turn any activity into an Olympic sport, what would you have a good chance at winning a medal for?

@offtoneverland Great job with the HIO! Last time we did a four day stretch DH and I were exhausted...he was so ready for a break...Lol.
@catlady1215 Oh I hope you cat is okay! I always hate when fur babies are sick cause they just can't tell you what's hurting. My dog just ruptured a ligament last year, and it royally sucked to see her so low....I'm glad your egg held on for another day Good timing always makes the tww a little easier
@quiltandknit I wrote to you on yesterday's daily. Check it out when you get a chance
@Augusta108 Glad your cycle is regulating! I always want to do a happy dance when I feel like my body is cooperating...Lol
@josie12367 So glad your cycle finished up so you can get some peace of mind. Sorry to see you back here, of course, but glad you're able to move on and that you had a natural cycle! @catlady1215 GL at the vet today! Hope your kitty's okay and it doesn't get too expensive. @quiltandknit GL at the clinic today. Your GTKY is a good one! I can never keep my closet organized. @nimmle Great news about your Disney trip!
@offtoneverland Great job on the HIO. It's amazing what we'll do to procreate. @catlady1215 I hope your kitty is ok. Glad your egg held on. @quiltandknit That's cute about your dog! We have two pretty crafty dogs and one who cannot figure stuff out at all and she's very funny. @Augusta108 Sounds like you have some great concert plans. I'm sorry about the migraines but glad you're taking it as a good sign. @josie12367 I'm glad you were able to O this cycle and hope you do again! @nimmle oh fun, have a great time at Disney. R/R: We are leaving today to visit my fam. Excited to see them!
CS/Q: Nope. Had temp spike this am but want to wait to move to TWW until at least 2 temps.
@quiltandknit I'm guessing I missed a post about this, but what happened to your hand?
@Augusta108 I'm with you on the migranes. I haven't had them yet since coming off BC, and kinda hoping they don't.
@josie12367 Welcome to WTO! Also, procrastination is one of my favorite activities. I'm doing it right now at work. What do you typically do when you are procrastinating?
@nimmle Basically anything but what I should be doing...If it's homework I'll choose chores over it, or really anything. I've even cleaned out closets or rearranged rooms to avoid it. I always tell myself, well that just had to be done today. Usually it didn't and totally could've waited. It keeps the house tidy though...Lol
@josie12367 At least you get something productive done while procrastinating, so I suppose it's not *too* bad. Don't get behind in your homework though! @nimmle My parents were just at Animal Kingdom last weekend. They said the Pandora rides were fantastic! Long lines though...did you score fast passes? @zamora_spin I found my first four lead clover (at least that I can remember) just a couple of weeks ago and I was SO excited! That's a good takent to have if you're superstitious. @quiltandknit DH is the same way--he loves to fly by the seat of his pants! We compromise too; I try to leave some spontaneous time open for him. Unless it's a Disney trip, then I get it all planned at least 6 months in advance!
@nimmle I went to Epcot and the Animal Kingdom parks (just realized it was like 6 years ago, wow!) and they were both really great. I am not much of a zoo person but the safari part of Animal Kingdom was really neat.
GTKY: If you could turn any activity into an Olympic sport, what would you have a good chance at winning a medal for? Video games I like to think I`m amazing at Call of duty.
R/R: getting my haircut today! And colored Monday. I think im going to go purple this time.
CS/Q: temp spike this morning without a positive opk...? I typically have a 36 hour LH surge. Maybe a fluke? Maybe related to acupuncture last night? Who knows.
GTKY: If you could turn any activity into an Olympic sport, what would you have a good chance at winning a medal for? Maybe makeup application.... or specifically makeup purchasing?
@offtoneverland We got a fast pass for the Avatar flight of passage ride. They didn't let you get fast passes for multiple pandora rides so you had to choose 1. Fingers crossed the river boat ride line isn't too long. Otherwise I will go back at a random time to get on it. If anything fingers crossed Irma is keeping people away?
@offtoneverland nice work with HIO! i'm impressed. @catlady1215 yay! so glad that little egg held on. @quiltandknit oh your dog sounds so cute. @Augusta108 do you go to concerts a lot? I have found i'm not a concert person, i can appreciate it but don't really find the need to go to see live music. (now live theater is way different, i love that) @josie12367 Yay! so glad you are out of limbo! what a frustrating cycle. and yes to your GIF. procrastination is my middle name. @nimmle nice gif! CS/Q: I'm going to start add as much information as possible in FF, which includes CM. I've read the how to check CM thread multiple times, I just still don't get it. When do you all check CM? in the morning? before bed?
GTKY: If you could turn any activity into an Olympic sport, what would you have a good chance at winning a medal for? um...talking about myself?
@offtoneverland I also love planning, so fun! @catlady1215 I understand what you mean about sick pets. It's always stressful getting to the vet and then paying the big bill. I love having pets but cost keeps me at 2 cats and a dog. @quiltandknit So cool that you quilt! Quilt designs are beautiful and I admire those who make them. @Augusta108 Enjoy those concerts, sounds fun! Interesting about your cycle regulating after birth control. I haven't been on hormonal birth control for almost a decade, but have wondered how it is for people going off it to TTC. @josie12367 What are the symptoms of an anovulary cycle? I'm not familiar. @nimmle That's good news about your disney vacation! @zamora_spin Have fun visiting your family! @Stargazer1lily It's also a rainy day here. Month/Cycle: 3/3

WAYDTGKU: The usual
R/R: Rant: I haven't been around much, but that's mainly because I'm pretty much benched this month. MH is leaving for two weeks for work on Saturday. If FF is correct, we'll miss O day. I'm trying something different this cycle and not HIO everyday. We'll BD Sat before he leaves which is in my fertile period, so I guess there's a small chance of success. Second rant: My parents live in Miami, FL. They are not there right now, but they own a house. I'm worried and really hoping Hurricane Irma is not catastrophic. Other than all that, I'm just getting through the week. MH and I's 7th wedding anniversary was Tuesday. Can't believe its been seven years!
@blackhottamales Sorry to hear about your frustrations last night. I find that it's sometimes to be on the same page about HIO with MH and we aren't super duper about communicating about it. CM, I check once a day, usually during the day or in the evening. If I am getting noticeable CM on my underwear, I will usually check then. TMI, but I have to use my middle finger to feel my cervix.
@blackhottamales I tend to check CM multiple times a day, usually three times (am, afternoon, pm), because it can change throughout the day. eta - FF says to record your most fertile CM, so if it changes you record what is most fertile. But if I also sometimes make notes about the change.
@doxiemoxie212@jaylii@zamora_spin thank you all for your quick replies. when i was on BC, i had CM all the time and never had to go searching. but now i just feel like even though i know so much more, i just have tried a couple times and i feel like i have nothing. I just need to do it more consistently. Also i know it's different but seriously it takes me zero time to get wet when we HIO, which is quite unfair because DH sometimes gets lazy and I'm like "excuse me, just because i'm wet doesn't mean i don't need attention..."
R/R: Rant: Getting worried because my inlaws refuse to evacuate from their home unless they are forced to. Storm is heading straight for them. Rave: AF FINALLY disappeared 2 days ago. Let the Baby dancing begin.
CS/Q: I know OPK's can be iffy with PCOS but how accurate are they when taking clomid?
GTKY: If you could turn any activity into an Olympic sport, what would you have a good chance at winning a medal for? Making pinterest boards. I have a board for absolutely everything.
@offtoneverland Yay for yoga! I am hoping to get to a class next week...this week has been busy. And also, I love trip planning too! @catlady1215 Hope your cat is ok! What reality shows are your favorite? @josie12367 Sorry to see you over here, but glad that your loooong cycle has come to an end. FX for an ovulatory cycle this month! @nimmle haha I like your sport! @zamora_spin Have a great time visiting your family? Do you all have anything special planned? @doxiemoxie212 Yay for a hair appt! How did it turn out? Also, do you usually have a short surge? I can sometimes miss mine if I don't check often enough right around O, but I know other gals have longer surges and more than one opk may be positive. @blackhottamales I check cm about the way @doxiemoxie212 does--underwear inspection. @StephieBears88 Oooo, pinterest boards are a talent of mine too! haha I hope your ILs will consider evacuating...that is scary.
Month/Cycle: 5/5
CD: 19
WAYDTGKU: charting/temping (benched)
R/R: I'm pretty sure I O'd on CD17...MH isn't home until next week and he's been gone 2 weeks already, so it has been a challenging month just having to wait to try again.
CS/Q:
GTKY: If you could turn any activity into an Olympic sport, what would you have a good chance at winning a medal for? Trying new recipes
@jaylii When I have an anovulatory cycle it lasts for months and I have continuous brown spotting. If you're temping you would never notice a temp spike. There aren't many symptoms, it's the lack of periods and symptoms of pms that clue me into it. I typically have two, maybe three cycles on my own per year. Happy seventh anniversary btw!
@blackhottamales I check cm every time I use the restroom. I have to "sweep" around the entire cervix to draw enough out to judge quality...a quick sweep gets me nothing usually. I only have ewcm maybe two days tops, and one day it's barely there.
@StephieBears88 I hope your in laws end up leaving...So scary right now to live on the coast.
@dukestar5 my LH surge is typically 36 hours. Hair cut looks good! Took two hours tho lol (better than hair color will be Monday which will be at least 5 hours)
@blackhottamales I cut my hair maybe twice a year so that's part of it lol. The color time is unavoidable. Lots of processing time. What can I say? After the pink hair I'm addicted.
@doxiemoxie212 Are you dying your whole head purple? So fun! I got a streak of pink in my hair a while back and loved it, but it washed out so fast, so I gave up on it. @StephieBears88 I didn't get to go on the Frozen ride on my last trip. I was so sad!!! @jaylii YAAASSSS to carbs! My fave! @Stargazer1lily MH loves Call of Duty! Do you like watching the live e-sports tournaments?
@nimmle, I was terrified my chronic migraines would immediately come back full force as soon as I went off birth control! That hasn't been the case but they have been getting more frequent/severe over the past few months...Really hoping they're not going to turn into a problem for TTC.
@blackhottamales, I don't go to as many concerts as I used to but I do still enjoy them! I just try to get there early enough now to grab a seat at the back rather than always wanting to be front row center...
Guyyyyssss I just got a positive opk finally and DH is stuck at work, possibly all night. Wahhhh I can't even tell him because he's already like sobbing at his desk from stress I think if he knew I had a positive opk and he couldn't come home he'd slit his wrists. Sigh. EOD timing was seeming so luxurious and nonstressful until this moment lol.
@doxiemoxie212. Maybe set an alarm and surprise DH with early morning?! You should still hit O that way. GL! @blackhottamales. That's totally how I style my hair too! Blowing it out or curling it is a super rare occurrence.
@dukestar5 lol if only; DH thinks he won't be able to come home.... at all. Like, no sleep, stay up until 24 hours from now. I guess I could go bang him at his office? Not sure I'm there emotionally yet, but maybe. Lol
@doxiemoxie212. Go get it, girl! Lol. Then you would have a really juicy FFFC for us to read. . In all seriousness, though, I am sorry and I hope YH can leave the office tonight.

CD: 15
WAYDTGKU: BD, OPK
R/R: Rant: Getting worried because my inlaws refuse to evacuate from their home unless they are forced to. Storm is heading straight for them. Rave: AF FINALLY disappeared 2 days ago. Let the Baby dancing begin.
CS/Q: I know OPK's can be iffy with PCOS but how accurate are they when taking clomid?
GTKY: If you could turn any activity into an Olympic sport, what would you have a good chance at winning a medal for? Making pinterest boards. I have a board for absolutely everything.

Trying new recipes
@blackhottamales I check cm every time I use the restroom. I have to "sweep" around the entire cervix to draw enough out to judge quality...a quick sweep gets me nothing usually. I only have ewcm maybe two days tops, and one day it's barely there.
@StephieBears88 I hope your in laws end up leaving...So scary right now to live on the coast.
@dukestar5 I love trying new recipes. Just sucks my hubby has the palate of a 10 yr old and won't try many of them with me.
@StephieBears88 I didn't get to go on the Frozen ride on my last trip. I was so sad!!!
@jaylii YAAASSSS to carbs! My fave!
@Stargazer1lily MH loves Call of Duty! Do you like watching the live e-sports tournaments?

@blackhottamales, I don't go to as many concerts as I used to but I do still enjoy them! I just try to get there early enough now to grab a seat at the back rather than always wanting to be front row center...
@dukestar5 I like most! Except none of the housewife ones and Kardashian ones. Survivor, big brother and MTVs the challenge are my top favs probably.

@blackhottamales. That's totally how I style my hair too! Blowing it out or curling it is a super rare occurrence.
