Power pumping?

Has anyone had any luck after power pumping? I'm trying to increase my milk supply so we can start freezing.

    The lactation consultant I saw today actually recommended it. I came home and have been googling it.  My LO takes a long morning nap so I plan to start tomorrow morning. Normally I just pump after every feeding (except for overnight). I am thinking I will still pump as normal throughout the day but just power pump for one session in the morning. I think that's how it works?

    My LC actually recommended not doing it. She told me to massage then pump for 15 minutes, massage again and pump for another five. The massaging have definitely helped. Even after I think I'm all empty I will massage and get more.
