@katieel I'm on the yogurt train with @missblaze but I'm a Noosa girl myself (also full fat). I chop up a fruit (apple, banana), sprinkle on some chia and slivered almonds, and dive in. The coconut Noosa is so good with berries!!
Also doing caprese with a pasteurized mozzarella, tomato, and basil. Putting sea salt on top with the balsamic is YUM.
But I could use some more healthy alternatives, too...I keep nibbling at this coffeecake and that is NOT a good solution.
@KatieEl, how do you feel about hard-boiled eggs? I love to eat one (with just a bit of salt) whenever I'm feeling like I can't get on top of my hunger. Just one hits the spot, and keeps me pretty satisfied for hours! Thanks for the link, @missblaze! I'm definitely feeling like I'm in a food rut, so it will be very helpful!
@cyanope I like them, but I often end up having eggs for lunch so I don't want to OD on them!
@libbberty I love full fat yogurt (I'm a greek girl) but It's in my smoothie in the morning too, so I don't want to have too much. Trying to give baby some variety lol

I'm another on the full fat yogurt train. I think yogurt is gross unless it's at least 2%. My favorite is Stonyfield Farms Whole Milk plain yogurt. I like to mix it with nuts or cereal or add honey and cinnamon.
One of my go to fast lunches is a hard boiled egg with tomato slices and string cheese. IDK why that combination works so well for me but it's just yummy.
I am also on a cottage cheese kick. I spread it on toast, eat it as a vegetable dip (especially nice with broccoli!) or mix it with sunflower seeds. Don't knock it till you've tried it!
