@prudence9-2 -by the time I went for the next beta (I think a couple of days later) it was already a 7. I'm not sure what you saw, but actually, I had a jelly bean, pinkish thing drop in the toilet after my chemical

@LoveDontCostAThing I don't think that mine was pinkish. But it was probably almost as big as a jelly bean.

The nurse told me that there is still a chance.

I hope there is. This was not the news I wanted to hear today.

@prudence9-2 -I just tried looking it up, and it doesn't seem like most people have a jelly-bean like discharge, so who knows!? are they having you continue your PIO? I wasn't expecting that news for you either. I really am sorry that it wasn't what we hoped. I hope there is still a chance!!

@LoveDontCostAThing yes, they told me to continue with the meds because it is still a positive test. So now we wait to see if it doubles on Wed and then on Friday.

@hopeful_mom I'm sad. I hope this little embryo is a fighter. But it's hard to have hope when last time at his point I was at 2563 and we know how that ended. But I will continue all meds.

I hope it doubles by Wed

but at the same time, I'm realistic and I know this is not good news.

As for leaving, I get to work in a company bus. (Work in Silicon Valley and live in SF). So I need to wait for my bus. And I usually take a 5:55 bus. There are buses sooner but traffic is worse at 5pm....

Anyhoo I hate the numbers aren't what we were hoping AND I know its tough not to compare for sure BUT last time was last time so lets concentrate on this time. Ideally I'm hoping it was just late implantation...and if thats the case 143 is a great number. Lets believe that for today and see what wed brings. I dont know much from chemicals and how they feel. Its so scary that even over hundred causes concern. Sending you big hugs!!!!

@hopeful_mom I don't think it was late implantation as I felt the knot in my stomach after 1-2 days.

So at this point I'm hoping it's a slow starter as I'm pretty sure it implanted a day or 2 after the transfer!!

@hopeful_mom no pains. So I hope it's not ectopic. But not sure when pains would have started if it was ectopic.

I hope my number doubles on Wed. But my head is starting to think of what's next. Should I try one more FET and then do another IVF to bank more? Maybe I need to use a surrogate...

And for now, cancelled my acupuncture this week. I hate the thought that maybe that caused this. The brown chunk happened the morning after my acupuncture

@prudence9-2 -weirdly, I just looked back and my first beta was also 143 on 10dp5dt. it's so hard though because you can't compare to each other, even though we all do. every body and pregnancy is different. do you still "feel" pregnant? I don't think you need to jump to conclusions with a surrogate. If it doesn't work out then you should consult with you doctor for sure and definitely try another transfer before going another route. how many frozen do you have?

@LoveDontCostAThing I have two more frozen. But if each round takes me so many months, I need to decide if I'm going for another IVF. I'll be 42 in 2 months. My egg quality is getting worse and worse.

I hope it doubles tomorrow. And 143 on day 10 is good... but on day 19... not so much...

btw -you two keep taking 5 out of my number. Lol. My beta was 148

Girl you know I get what you're saying about the age BUT you're insides are younger then mine even though you are a few months older then me

See age for you is only but a number!!! So you can try another FET if you needed to//wanted to first.

@hopeful_mom I hope this pregnancy turns out viable. But if not, I think my plan is one more FET and if that doesn't work, IVF, to bank embryos and then look into surrogacy.

AFM: Realized I didn't leave my update on my lil ones so here it is...it didn't change much but thats ok too!! So I had my 5 fertilized, had a 5AB blast on day 5, then on day 6 i had another 2 blasts 4BC, quality means they were expanding but didn't start hatching...I was upset originally BUT healthy pregnancies still happen from these lil embabies so I shall still have hope. My other 2 lil fighters they still watched on Day 7...I'm impressed with my girls that both were still in the running! They pooped out in the end and stopped expanding BUT I loved that they fought!!! So that makes another 3 for testing...praying theres normies to come back PLEASE!!!! I can't say I'm not a lil disappointed I didn't get more to test since more eggs were retrieved this cycle...but it is what it is.

Just saw the RE and I am healing a bit slower this time ovaries are still a bit inflamed the right side is still quite large BUT should get better...so I"m hoping for the best! Had some left over fluid as well...nothing abnormal which is what I want to hear just unfortunate my body didn't bounce back as fast. (TMI) I do have a clogged follicle causing me extra pain so thats fun

Soon I will start estrace hopefully once AF arrives. Got my consent paper work so we'll be one step closer...so many forms to sign. We got this far dont get why theres another form that needs to be signed.

@hopeful_mom I haven't tested since last Thursday. Plus, even if my number goes down, it will not go under 25 that fast. Last time it took me about 5 weeks from around a number like that. So any HPT should still be positive at this point.

As for your blasts. Glad you have 3 to test. Too bad the other ones didn't make it. As for hatched vs not hatched, I think I told you before, it doesn't really matter. Out of my 4 PGS normal embryo, only one was hatched! But they are considered good. (As long as it is 3 and above!)

i cant believe you're still suffering so much!!! Hope you get better soon! Would suck starting a cycle feeling not 100%. So I hope by the time AF comes and goes, you'd be much better

I'm thrilled with the 3 yes AND yes I felt better after I saw your post on your embabies 100% Some RE just don't have a way with words. No one want to here their embabies are poor

Please my lil darling are anything but the wealthiest since they cost so much to make

@prudence9-2 -don't worry my 10dp5dt = 15 days from ovulation, like your 19. What kind of event are they at? ugh that's annoying! You mentioned that sometimes it's on the portal...do they usually post it on there first? All of the waiting is such a pain!

@hopeful_mom -LOL about your homies being the wealthiest...ain't that the truth! million dollar babies! I'm happy that you got 3 more for testing! I feel bad that you're still in pain, but I'm not surprised since you did so many back to back cycles...your poor body! Did your dr. say to go right ahead with the FET or to give you body a rest for a cycle?

AFM, here is something funny...so my dogs are in training for the baby and we had this expensive dog consultation on Monday. anyway, today I got my baby doll in the mail that cries and makes noises so I can pretend to carry it around and teach the dogs how to act...haha. tomorrow I have an OB appointment...should just be the regular heartbeat check, weight, blood pressure, urine. I wonder when the appointments will become more frequent?
