2. Better... just better. Not out of the MS woods yet, but have cut out 1 medication and am scaling back the Diclegis to only 1 before bed.
3. Checkup yesterday, all is well! Nothing again until my anatomy scan late Sept.
4. Rant: Sleep is hard. Especially with a dog and cat that will only sleep on my side of the bed. Rave: fall is upon us! Can't wait for the cooler temps to takeover in Chicagoland.
5. I pretty much eat what I want now. I don't eat sushi so I can't say my first meal will be anything special that I can't eat now. Probably takeout of some kind. I don't discriminate so hospital food will be just fine. I had DS at 840pm and after the golden hour and transferring to our PP room it was about 10pm. We settled for a pathetic cold cut sandwich and some fruit, which was all the nurse could scrouge up at the time. So - ANYTHING - will be an improvement from that. I will say I am looking forward to the "mommy cocktail" (nonalcoholic) after birth!

I'm going to apologize because I'm terrible at coming up with GTKY questions! My answer is "Chicken wings from my favorite bar which just happens to be down the street from the hospital," but it's not like I can't have them now...I'll work on this, I swear

RAVE- I'm putting together my registry quickly because my inlaws are throwing an early baby shower (family will all be together in a month or so and they want to host it then). I've been using Baby list and i HIGHLY recommend it. Basically, you sign up for the site and install a little "add to list" button on your browser. Any site you visit, if you like the product and want to add it, you click the "add to list" button and boom it is added to the baby list registry-- and automatically, they give the option of different retailers and prices. This is key because i know a lot of guests may want to buy on Amazon if they have free shipping, but I know some people like to see things in stores- so for many products it will say eg) Aden and Anais Swaddle Blanket: Target-32.99 Amazon- 28.99 Babies R Us 34.99 and it includes direct links.

BEER AND PIZZA FOLLOWED BY CHAMPAGNE AND CAKE
14 weeks! Size of a peach!
It depends on the day! Better than I was! I was driving with my husband this morning and all of a sudden I thought I was going to hurl!
Nope

Anything fast food! If I feel like eating!
5) GTKY: Assuming you're up to eating and docs put no restrictions on your diet, what food will you request for your first meal after baby is out? RED WINE. I stopped drinking while TTC, so it's been a long, long, long time...

feeling alright. Hit a wall of tired yesterday. Womp. But good today!
OB wants me to take the glucose test early because of my BMI...and I'm over here feeling like that's not a legitimate reason and don't want to end up taking it three times this pregnancy.

Our post-delivery meal tradition is Club Lulus from Jimmy John's. LOL. With DD1, I hadn't had any JJ's during pregnancy and DH promised me a sub since that's what I wanted for my birthday. We found out I was pregnant with dD1 5 days before my birthday and all I had told him I wanted was Jimmy John's and some moscato. He ordered again with DD2. Now it's just tradition.
2. Doing better this week in terms of morning sickness. However, school started back this week and has worn me out! I teach middle school and it can be exhausting...especially when pregnant. I've been asleep by 8 every day.
3. Had an appointment this past week and everything was great. Heartbeat of 155. I also had a 1 hour glucose test and passed with flying colors so that made me feel great.
4. Rant...my OB is down a technician so we can't have the gender ultrasound done there. I'm going to go to one of those gender ultrasound places at 16 weeks just to find out and get another peek at baby. I can't wait for the 20 weeks scan. ..lol
5. Long John Silvers....I probably only indulge once a year but delicious chicken would be awesome.
@kbrinks2 I am assuming we will schedule the a/s during my next appointment (Wednesday). DH will need to request time off and a sub, so he prefers afternoon appointments. I'm going to shoot for a Thursday appointment so that my friend of off work and can watch DD1 so we don't have to ask MIL. I am not sure what we'll do about DD2 right now.
