I absolutely love the name Isadora, but is it too close to the wildly popular Isabella? Even though Isadora is an uncommon name, I feel like it being similar to a very popular name might take away from the uniqueness. There is a very strong chance that a Isadora may get the nickname "Izzy", which I know is commonly used for Isabella/Isabel.
Honestly I love both Isadora and Isabella. Most of the Isabelle I know go by Belle or Bella and truthfully while popular it's classic and right now it's the Ellie's taking over. I Wouldn't hesitate to use Isadora. It's awesome
I think Isadora is beautiful. It does have the possibility of Izzy but also could be Dora if you want a nn. Isabelle/a is popular but not so much that I think you should rule out Isadora. Theodora is also an option you might like.
I have a daughter we call Madi, but her name isnt Madison its Madilynn. and I love it, when people ask if its Madison I tell them its Madilynn & they always adore her full name.
