@flowerpower123 I do love the look of the sit-me-up, I replaced the bumbo with a cute ocean-themed sit-me-up on my registry. I really appreciate all the feedback, it's amazing how much there is to learn on this whole raising-a-tiny-human adventure.
Keep: rnp Toss: infant bath tub (she was WAYYYYY too little for any of them, so I either bathed with her or brought her in the shower with me until she fit or could sit up on her own) Add: ring sling; the Ergo was hit and miss, still is.
Keep: - RNP (bonus: if you have a reflux baby, this thing is solid gold) - Sophie the Giraffe: I scoffed when a friend bought this overpriced overglorified dog toy but my son loved the damn thing with all his heart.
Toss: - Bassinet (we barely used it, ds was in the RNP or the PNP) - Fancy crib/nursery decor (the dust ruffle is hell to put on and the comforter/quilt thing is impractical).
Add: - Formula machine once I go back to work and start supplementing.

@thatlauragirl dude. My DH just ripped DD's dust ruffle. I'm embarrassed to say that I'm really sad lol. I do agree that a bed set, while freaking adorable and helps set a theme, is wildly unnecessary.
Also, I borrowed a formula machine from a friend and I hated it. I think part of it was because DD didn't care if hers was warm and that thing automatically warmed it and I couldn't figure out how to change that setting. #electronicallychallenged
@thatlauragirl LOL at sophie the giraffe. that was my mindset too. someone got us one...the problem is, my ACTUAL dog also thought it was a dog toy and we had to give up on it being a baby teether. it was a literal battle every day. she's a sneak.

This thread is great! It has helped me while creating my registry, definitely signed up for a RnP and fitted crib sheets only. Although my MIL is insisting on buying us this bedding set, that is really beautiful, but also really expensive .. and impractical. I tried to gently tell her that it wasn't necessary, but there is just no tactful way to say "hey don't spend $200 on crib bedding I can't use, buy a stroller instead".
