@dukestar5 I used to notice a big difference from green tea, when we weren't TTC, a few years ago. However, now, I can drink 2-3 cups a day and have no effects. I thought matcha would make it unbelievable but nope, nothing.
@ajsanders-2 - I usually get EWCM several days before O, and then the next day it is either gone or there is much less. Usually O day there is not much CM for me at all. Sometimes I get fertile patch 2 dpo.... Idk, bodies do weird stuff.
