I'm making an actual effort to eat at home this week. I just made huge chef salads with romaine, chicken, shredded cheese, craisins, and hb eggs. Sooooooo good!

@Marley629 yassss I've eaten a dozen peaches and nectarines in the past week! @KathrynJ088 the only way I know is to buy them when they're still hard (+refrigerate) and they'll last longer. Of course I don't have to deal with that because they disappear in two days
I am working from home today so I made aloo gobi which is an Indian dish with Cauliflower and potatoes. However I added spinach and mushrooms too since I had them haha.
