Sad that the summer is ending. I go back to work Aug. 21

Had a routine ob visit last week, and I got to hear the heartbeat again. The anatomy scan is Aug. 8. Can't wait for that!

I would love to go on a Viking River Cruise! DH and I talk about going without kids when they get a little older.

GTKY: if you could go anywhere in the world for vacation, where would it be? New Zealand! DH and I are huge LOTR nerds and would love to see where they were filmed.

Pretty good. I wish I didn't have to pee every single hour, but it could be worse.

GTKY: if you could go anywhere in the world for vacation, where would it be?
My dream vacation is in Australia. I've wanted to go explore the outback for years. However, right now, I would settle for going to Cyprus to visit family and friends. I grew up there, and due to monetary reasons, have not been able to visit for over 6 years. I'd love to show DH the places I grew up and see old friends from high school.

I have a quick one on Thursday just to check my BP, fetal HR, and do the blood draw for the quad screen. Had an elective u/s today and found out we're having a girl!!

Iceland! We wanted to go last year but couldn't make it work in our budget. There's a transatlantic cruise we really want to do in the next few years that goes to Denmark, Iceland, and Norway.
@vjraab - I would love to do a Viking river cruise, too!
@schaze @darkrose88 New Zealand and Australia are definitely on my bucket list for someday
@gusgus14 congratulations on team pink!! How exciting! DH and I are going to Iceland in October, that cruise sounds wonderful!

I had a general OB check today. thought they would be doing the blood draw for quad test, but turns out cant until 16 weeks. Did get to hear LO's heartbeat and also heard a couple kicks Doc said I should be feeling them soon

While we've told our close family and friends we are planning on doing a social media announcement this weekend, which will be nice before DH's class reunion tomorrow. I wasn't sold on doing an announcement but also figured I'd rather have people see it than announce to a bunch of people we're not super close with

Already mentioned Australia/New Zealand, also would love to go to one of those hut hotels in the middle of the ocean in Fiji and Hawaii .

Great, other then getting pretty tired in the evening, and dizzy if I don't drink enough water. I've had it super easy symptom wise though!

My mom bought me a few maternity shirts and skirts, which was so nice! They are so comfy!!

I would love to road trip to Nashville (I live in Wisconsin). I've also always wanted to go to Italy, and I've heard Iceland is amazing to see!

So much better! Some random tummy pains but I don't feel like death all the time woo!

Last week we had the ultrasound to check for down syndrome aaaaaand they were able to see little man parts so we're excited to be expecting a boy!

This 2nd trimester stuff is great! Ha, the first treated me terribly so this is a nice change

I don't really have big international travel goals, I really just want to wander around Nashville, see the Grand Ol Opry and listen to small names hoping to catch their big break
