Afternoon Ladies!
Sorry I missed last week's post. It has been crazy busy around here. Last week I was really, really tired and ended up taking two mornings to get extra sleep rather than workout. I did get a good, brief spin workout in last Friday. I'm having to re-do my bike settings to make space for the growing bulge but otherwise continue to feel good while riding. Saturday and Sunday last week I took advantage of not having to work over the weekend and went for extra long walks with the dog.
This week's exercise routine was great! Three days this week I got out for early morning 3mi walks with the dog, and two days I did yoga. We're heading down to the family camp (Maine for cottage) for the weekend and I'm hoping to convince the family to check out a new-to-us hiking trail while we're there. Nutritionally, I feel like I've been getting too many carbs and baked goods lately, and not enough fruits and veggies. Guess it is a good thing my garden started producing in earnest this week; I went from few veggies last week to not being able to keep up this week!
GTKY Poll: Who are your favorite fit moms (or fit mom accounts) on social media? I've found it very motivating to keep up with my fitness regime by following other fit-moms. One of my favorites is SimplySadieJane on IG.

Re: Fitness Fridays - 7/21 Edition
I love following Alyssa Montano. She is a runner and has continued running throughout both of her pregnancies. She is also due in November!!
I tried running Monday and I think I have to throw in the towel. I am bummed because I ran until about 30 weeks last time, but I have been having pelvic pain running since about 20 weeks. I keep trying but it is time to give in.
Getting ready to perform next Saturday .
Not pole this term too big . Although I am still training I haven't done a routeen
Will be performing 2 group burlesque dances tho. Nurvous to be dancing around with my belly out. . .
Will continue training and dancing next term its the christmas show (lol ok so most people go away end of year or dont have the money leading up so the last term is usually quiet and the end of year show is small so now we do a nightmare before christmas show the term before and halloween/christmas theam the show.but the showcase this year falls just 2.5 weeks before our due date . So i won't be performing
I've stopped being pushed through all my stretching now but am still maintaining by stretching to natural limit and haven't had any problems there. I still do yoga most weeks and I'm thinking when I move and stop doing as much pole next term I'll go back to belly dancing as I can do that easily to term and there's a belly school where we are moving to which I don't have here .
