@dmo1371 I'm so sorry you're going through this. I know you're a smart girl who has had some time in the game to gain a lot of knowledge so I won't BS you. I am quiet nervous at the moment. I found out very early on the I was pregnant and I'm barely 4 weeks now maybe 5. I haven't had a dating scan because my doc doesn't think that they will be able to see anything yet. I'm worried because I don't "feel" pregnant and knowing so early on my doc wants me to be realistic about miscarriage rates. Everyone in my family knows because we found out that I was pregnant through different testing.
Ive got my first midwife appointment today. I'm staying positive and getting in early. Who knows! So many feelings.

I had my first OB appointment today. Wasn't at all exciting, got my EDD which is 3/13 and they took about a gallon of blood from me. I go in August 10th to have U/S and a regular check up.

I have my dating US this afternoon. With DS, I didn't have an US until my anatomy scan, so this is new to me. I'm a big ball of nerves today. I woke up with MS for the first time and I'm not sure if it's really MS or just that I'm nervous.

@Knottie9983816 don't get discouraged, that's so early. I also found out very early, around 4 weeks or so and have had limited symptoms. Stay positive!
We came home from vacation early and had the first appt today. At 5w3d we saw the sac and fetal pole, everything measuring correctly. I go back a week from today to hopefully see/hear a heartbeat and will get more info on the dating measurement.
Dating ultrasound went well today. I have a new due date of 3/11 (my estimate was 3/9 and it was 3/5 based on last period). We got to see our little blip and a heartbeat. We scheduled our anatomy scan for 10/13.
Finally got in to see my midwife and I did get an ultrasound after all! Baby looks great and they are 100% sure the bleeding was from low progesterone and that the supplement is working perfectly. Heart rate was 167 and it measured at 7w+5d, I thought I was at 8 weeks exactly so it's pretty spot on. Because it's only a 2 day difference they are going to keep my due date at 3/2 for now and see what they think at 20 weeks. I am so so relieved I got to see the baby and hear the heart beat. I think I can finally get excited about this pregnancy without the fear of a loss. I still can't work out or have sex until 12 weeks because of the bleeding I had, but that's a small price to pay
Since I'm with a fertility doctor, I had an ultrasound yesterday at 5w2d to make sure there is a gestational sac and that it's in the right place. I was so nervous and cried while waiting for my doc! Now we go back on the 31st to see a heartbeat and then get released to my OB!
