Tired, random nausea if I don't eat or drink, bleeding from SCH

I irrationally fear going to the bathroom because I don't want to see how much I'm bleeding.
Tips for other MoM (moms of Multiples)?
Increasing my water intake to 1 gallon a day has reduced my MS big time! It's hard to get all that water in, but I feel so so much better now!

I teased my husband that if i got pregnant I would have his twin boys, then i would pack up and go camping for several months while he raised them. As soon as we saw I was pregnant with twins he turned to me and told me to start packing my camping gear! Lol! It was a crazy moment!
