@jacksonbears I never made any progress with DS. I feel like this one has dropped, but I need him to stay put until RCS. Like @bumpybump said, they have to come out at some point
Final US was last week, measuring great! We were told he/she was a "peanut" but the placenta looks fine. Got a cute face shot but couldn't get his/her hand out of the way. We have another appt Friday!

Rant: I just can't get comfortable sleeping anymore. Rave: Finally getting some things done for baby's arrival, better late than never!

I'm super nervous about the babies arrival and the change that surrounds it. Tell me I'm not the only one with these fears.
GTKY: If you're stranded on an island, and can bring one thing, what would it be? It can't be a boat or a cellphone. I'm going to assume DH is also stranded with me. So I would bring music and DH would bring something sensible like a swiss army knife haha
@jacksonbears Things can change quickly even for a FTM. When my sister went to her 39 week appointment during her first pregnancy, her cervix was still closed and she was told that her baby wasn't going to be coming anytime soon. Less than 24 hours later, my nephew was born.
@WineAndDogs I'm having the same feelings! DH is normally the one to freak out, while I'm pretty laid back and go with the flow. I'm trying to calm his fears about finances and lifestyle changes, but I'm also super nervous about baby's arrival. I think a lot of it is because it's completely out of my control when/how baby comes into this world.

Any appointments this week/last? How did it go? 34 week BPP on Friday. Last week's was all good.
Cravings? I'm dying to try those new mocha oreos, but I can't find them anywhere. I bought some of the golden ones though.
Rants/Raves? Rant: Starting to feel more uncomfortable. My back and pelvis get really sore after not much activity, so I feel pretty wiped. Rave: We had our couples shower this past Saturday. It was a blast to celebrate with everyone and we got lots of good stuff. We'll have a smaller shower this weekend too in DH's hometown.
Questions for FTM, STM+? Any recommendations for a carrier for a big guy? DH desperately wants to wear baby, but he's bigger in the torso/belly and wears a 3X. I have a k'tan sized for me, and we were gifted a Chicco carrier and Ergobaby, and we're not sure those are going to work either. He's much more comfortable with something structured that buckles, rather than a wrap.

Any appointments this week/last? How did it go? just had my 36 week appointment. Did not enjoy the GBS test although the cervix check was far more painful. After the doc left I told DH he out so much pressure on me I felt like I was going to pee on him! But I'm 1cm dilated and 50% effaced with baby's head being positioned very low according to the doc.
Cravings? tart fruits. DH told me to make lemonade today or get the can of powder off the counter and it hit the spot for sure.
Rants/Raves? i still have not hit the nesting phase so there is no desire to clean my house. DH and I deep cleaned the kitchen but that's as far as we got.
