I'm watching The Office now. I can't believe I never got into it before! I am a huge fan of Grey's Anatomy and other medical drama shows like Night Shift and Chicago Fire/PD/Med, but I don't really keep up with anything until it's on Netflix.
Call the Midwife is my favorite right now even though almost every episode makes me cry like a baby. I also love Nashville. I got hooked two years ago.
@megpeg I adore all the midwife!! Love love love" . I had to eating watching it because when i had my loss I just couldn't. I was about halfway through the last season
heavy heavy important stuff. Not baby related, but the scenes with polio and the iron lung KILLED me. Especially in light of the eventual vaccine debates here".. I can't even think about it without crying.
I dint wanton much tv" icing watch a ton of tv. I used to but we kinda morphed into a low tv house be of how my oldest is with screen time. My youngest is finally sleeping in his own bed and usually sleeps through the night (except ahem last night ugh). So we finally have the energy to watch something at night. We are 3 episodes into "the night of" and recently watched handmaids tale. We'd plan to catch up on house of cards - only saw 2 seasons, and new season of orange. Dh likes got and walking dead but I don't. We also like modern family, great British bake off, ink master... lol
Love Grey's Anatomy! Been watching it since the beginning! Nashville is another favorite. Game of Thrones of course, although I was slightly disappointed with the season opener on Sunday. Shameless is another I've been binge watching on Netflix. And basically anything on LMN, lol.
@rsquaredr@ivfgotthistwice I agree with Teen Mom. I've watched them since 16 & pregnant and it's just a trainwreck, you can't look away lol. Althought MTV just made a "Teen Mum" and I watched it last night, but it's definitely toned down from Teen Mom.
I love Teen Mom OG and Sisterwives but I'm behind on both The Handmaid's Tale was golden, but in a huge Margaret Atwood fan. I always have love for Seinfeld, Scrubs, and The Office. Ive been watching Catfished lately while DD naps, I know it's total tv garbage but I love it. Also Chopped and anything hgtv related is usually entertaining
@pghctwife@megpeg I loved the Great British Bake Off! I feel like everybody is so much nicer than on American cooking/baking competitions. Although I'm not familiar with like 90% of what they make. And what is with the pies that have like a 6 inches of meat filling in them??? Anybody from the UK - is this something that is eaten often?

Anything HGTV, Grey's Anatomy, Ink Master, Street Outlaws, American Ninja Warrior... Oh, and I can't forget Hallmark, I always get sucked it to those movies.
@becausescience I always think it's so interesting! I wish we had some of the creations here because they look delicious but then there are others that I am not sure if I would want to try. I am leery of those meat pies.
@raeliz13 right there with you on the anything HGTV! it's our go-to channel, when we want something on while we're tidying up or just don't want to think about what to watch. I also watch Ink Master, though I haven't seen this season yet. @becausescience@pghctwife@megpeg also love Great British Bake Off, there's something kind of relaxing/soothing about it, everything just seems so...pleasant? can't quite put my finger, but there's something comforting about it. and it's always interesting to see the different things they make.
Right now I'm watching or slowly working my way through Game of Thrones, I'm Dying Up Here (Showtime; first episode seemed promising, not sure about it now but sticking with it), Orange is the New Black, Next Food Network Star, and America's Got Talent (mainly just the auditions). Other times of the year I like Project Runway, Grey's Anatomy and How to Get Away with Murder, Modern Family, Fresh Off the Boat, and various new Netflix and Amazon shows. I know that sounds like I watch a lot, but on a daily basis I promise it's only 1 or 2 shows!
My DVR is full of summery goodness -- Bachelorette, Big Brother, Next Food Network Star and World of Dance. I also love This Is Us, Project Runway, Dancing with the Stars, anything about Tiny Houses (I'm ridiculously drawn to them) and Scandal.
I'm more of a movie person than TV, but I'm currently into The Walking Dead, 90 Day Fiance (such a trainwreck), and The 100. I have Stranger Things and The Handmaids Tale that I want to start eventually... will probably wind up being maternity leave next year. DH and I re-watch favorites before bed, which is usually The Office, X-Files, That 70s show, or LOST.
And of course my DVR is full of Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood, Sesame Street and Peg Plus Cat for my 2 year old.
We don't watch as much TV as we used to. Now, we'll watch 1 episode of something before bed time and that's about it. We rotate between shows, but we like to watch crime dramas (currently, Blue Bloods) or comedies. Our "short show" right now is The Office, but we have also really enjoyed HIMYM and Catastrophe (great maternity leave show!). We also really enjoyed Stranger Things
When I have some time to watch TV by myself, I like drama - Scandal, This is Us, HTGAWM (though I was less than impressed with the last season) and Mistresses. I also like Food Network and HGTV, but we haven't had cable in a few years.
@hollyk224 - Gilmore Girls!! Love it. Did you watch the Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life on Netflix?!
@gazelle319 - This season of Ink Masters is different from others as in its 2 members of the same shop working together on each challenge. As teams leave they bring in someone from a previous season with another person from his/her shop.
@Cowboycorgi I love Dear White People and Master of None as well!!! I also love Insecure (HBO), Vice News, This is Us, GoT, and Last Week Tonight with John Oliver.
I'm working on GOT right now, on season 5. Also teen mom, real housewives (duh!), 90 day fiancé, and veep! I may start watching call the midwife again. Like @pghctwife I had to stop watching after my TW loss.
Can I give a throwback favorite? The O.C. Love me some Rachel Bilson! I also loved Hart of Dixie. I never got into Pretty Little Liars or anything, does that make me lame?
Shows that are currently still on the air that I watch are The Walking Dead, Criminal Minds, Big Brother, The Goldbergs, Modern Family, The Middle, The Big Bang Theory, The Real O'Neals, Once Upon a Time, Timeless
Shows I used to watch when they were on the air: Gilmore Girls, How I Met Your Mother, Dawsons Creek, Buffy, One Tree Hill, LOST, Revenge
Shows I stopped watching because the writer ruined it for me: Grey's Anatomy ( I watched for 10 seasons and then she killed my favorite character.)
Some of my favorites are Modern Family, the office, Seinfeld, Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, House of Cards, and OITNB. I also just started watching the great British baking show and love it! Like others have said, there's just something different about it than American baking competition shows. I basically love to watch any cooking/baking shows, too.
Current shows: I LOVE Better Call Saul, Game of Thrones, This Is Us. We also watch some travel shows - Anthony Bourdain Parts Unknown and United Shades of America - and Preacher
Past shows I loved: Breaking Bad, most of Dexter (hated the last season), Sex and the City, The Sopranos, Boy Meets World, Seinfeld
Next Up: House of Cards, also kind of curious about the Will and Grace reboot?
Guilty Pleasure: I have watched a couple episodes of Married At First Sight lol
Re: GTKY: What shows do you like to watch?
I also love Nashville. I got hooked two years ago.

All time favorites are The Office, Sunny, HIMYM, and CSI (I'll even watch Miami if I need my crime show fix).
I really don't like most reality TV unless it is a food competition.
