Excited for all of you (and jealous)! Do you feel like your pregnancy has gone by quickly so far, or been forever long?
So far (at only 17 weeks) I feel like time has never moved more slowly in my life, but I have to think once you hit that halfway mark, it starts to fly by like crazy!
18 weeks for me. Is it wrong that I'm hoping this one comes a little early? Like, a week is good... lol. DD came exactly a week early. I know, fully baked to 40% is best, but I have this fear of going overdue and having this one a week late on Christmas.
Wooo, 20+3 today! @elcd458 I feel like the whole thing has flown by, I can't believe it's halfway over! There was a week or two during the first tri that were miserable and slow, but in general it's moved quickly, and I think you're right--it will only speed up from here. You're so close to halfway at 17 weeks
19+4 today with twins, so I'm past my half way point, too! It went sooooo slowly in the beginning, but I feel like it's starting to speed up now, and I still have so much to do!

@elcd458 It will start to fly until you get close to the end. With DD, I was counting the days left and trying to talk her into leaving the premises early (which did not work). The last couple weeks were an eternity. But DD was also born in August, so December might be more comfortable...maybe.
Married May 2014 DD born August 2016 Baby #2 due December 2017
Yay for half way! I kind of feel like it is going really quickly but simultaneously kind of like I've been pregnant for years. Soooo ready to meet this kid in a few months!

I felt this way with DD. Thought it would never get here. Haha. With this baby, it has flown by. I feel like I was just poas and here I am almost to the halfway point. In 18.4 but she'll be taken around 39 weeks if I make it that far.
It's crazy that people are already past 20 weeks! I'm barely over 16, so it still feels "early" to me. I don't even have my anatomy scan scheduled yet! So looking forward to hitting the halfway point. I think mentally it just makes me feel better.
Congrats, ladies! I'm 18+3 with twins and hoping to make it to 37 weeks so I'm halfway there too. It seemed slow at first, but I feel like time is flying now.
@elcd458 The first tri dragged for me horribly, but since I hit about 17 weeks it seems to be flying by! (I think that's when I started feeling better.)
I was 20 weeks on Friday, yay! So happy to be halfway, and in disbelief! Love the gifs... I wish I had some, lol!
@elcd458 it reminds me of being in graduate school where the mantra was "the days are long, but the years are short" especially during the first tri when just getting off the couch was an accomplishment. I think after you pass those first few milestones it does feel like it's picking up a bit more.
Hooray for half way!!!!! I'm 20+4 today and DH FINALLY felt LO one kick (we've been trying to catch it all week) so I think it's becoming more real for him now too . My 1st trimester dragged buy and now I'm wishing time would show down a lil so I can catch up!! Moving and all as me kinda behind on things I need to do.
I too am now in the half baked club today!!! Going for our ultrasound today as well!! Can't wait to see him again!! I would say all in all, the first half went really fast. It scares me that the second half will be just as fast and he will be here!!! I'm very excited, nervous, scared, anxious.
@alysapuggles worst part of the later in the month due date!!! My son was end of April bday! I hated being the last for everything! Haha. This time I'm dec 1st due date.
Halfway today, and couldn't be happier! Great day all around- going to see a favorite comic tonight, have my last day at my crappy job tomorrow, then leaving for vacay for a few weeks until school starts! Feeling pretty good, too! Just tired and occasional headaches....I'm sure much better than we'll all feel 20 weeks from now!
@atack Yes, so true about end of month due dates! I was end of July with DS, but then he ended up coming almost a month early, so I guess I was halfway sooner than I thought lol
Half baked today! Can't believe baby is the size of a banana Woohoo!
And my kitchen install should be finished today. Meaning that after 4 months of cooking on a small, made for camping, stove, we can finally really cook again! And fill our storage! Hooray!!!
I can't believe we're half way there and it has gone so quickly. I decided to lurk the otherBMB for their birth announcements. Y'all! It made me so excited and emotionally. Can't wait for December!
