Update - low heat rate at 5 w 6 days, got the scary talk

Hi team! I just wanted to post an update to an issue I posted about last week.

After 4 appropriately climbing betas, my doctor had me come in for my first ultrasound at 5w6 days last week. The baby was measuring on track, but the heartbeat was just 83 and I had a small bleed. The doctor told me she expected it to be at least 110 and that the pregnancy would likely end in a miscarriage (>60% risk).

My husband and I had a horrible week waiting for the next ultrasound, me second guessing every symptom. I'm on progresterone suppositories though, so we knew that we wouldn't really be able to know anything until the next ultrasound.

We went in this morning terrified, and the ultrasound showed that the bleed is gone, the baby is measuring right on track at 7 weeks 1 day, and the heartbeat was 145. We are so thrilled and relieved, and I just wanted to share the story for anyone else who may go through the same thing because I was desperate for positive stories after my last appointment and couldn't find many.
