I am starting a weekly gratitude thread, because frankly, I think people focus too much on the negatives and giving thanks is good for you! I know it might seem a little Pollyanna-ish to some, but I find that seeking the positives has helped my anxiety and made me more present in my day to day.
How about you? What are you grateful for this week? (Doesn't have to be pregnancy related!)

Re: **TGIF - What are you grateful for this week?**
2. DD slept the entire drive to my parents' house last night. When we came at the end of May, she cried the whole 5 hour trip, so this was amazing.
For me, today I am really grateful for my job and co-workers. We are a small office, 15 people, and everyone - every single person I work with has been so supportive and excited for my pregnancy. I shared the news with my bosses on Wednesday (most of the staff level peeps already knew) and it's such a relief that they understand (and agree) that this is/will be my #1 priority for the foreseeable future. I am grateful that I don't have to worry about job security and that my maternity leave will not be unpaid.
I am also so very thankful for air conditioning. I live in the southeast and it has been oppressively hot the past two weeks, with I swear, 100% humidity.

because I have felt great still being active this summer (still running and did a strenuous hike with my family and parents who are visiting us in WA!). I am grateful that God put just the right provider in our path to support and guide us through this pregnancy.
Little thing today but I'm thankful my dog does not appear ill like I feared earlier today. She's usually very happy and active in the mornings but she was so lethargic this morning and it had me so worried. She got up on the back of the couch and didn't move from that spot all morning (even when I left and she normally meets me at the bottom of the stairs when I wake up and walks me to the door when I leave). I went home for lunch to check on her and she was back to her happy/tail wagging self.
I'm seconding the air conditioning love by @fivetimesnoluck because we've had a sticky humid heatwave and I would not be able to endure this without a/c lol!
We closed on my dad's house this week, which is a huge relief since we spent the majority of the last year clearing it out and sprucing it up. I will miss it and him, but I'm also at peace with the change and ready to have some closure too.
I'm thankful that DH did all the laundry yesterday before I got home - we're going away for the weekend and it's one less thing to do when we get back!
I'm thankful my parents are alive, active, and healthy and now live only two doors down from me. I already went there at least once most days, but now I am just stopping by randomly. DD went with me last night at 7:30 and played a game of hide and seek with my dad. It was so cute, and we can do that whenever now.
Also personally thankful that I ran 7 miles today. I've felt very inactive/gross lately, and I needed this. I did it at work too, which is the BEST.
And frankly, I'm thankful there is a new Dateline on tonight

Ditto the A/C.
I'm thankful for DH being so understanding about when I'm not feeling well by taking on more chores around the house that we usually split equally. I'm very thankful for maternity pants being so comfortable. I'm thankful for the neighborhood we just moved into being welcoming and everyone who is excited for us when we tell them we're expecting.
I'm also thankful that GoT is starting this Sunday
And I'm thankful that hubby has not complained much about doing the potty training for the puppy, since I can't touch poo without gagging.

I am SO grateful for our A/C! I am grateful for my friends and family. Everyone has been so supportive and been so excited for our little one. She is so loved already! I am grateful that everyone is healthy, including baby girl! I am especially grateful to my hubby who offered to take me out for dinner tonight so I don't have cook!
@kelk5 and @EmilyLove25 YEEEESSS! GoT! So excited!
I am really grateful for all the love and support that I have gotten this week from friends and family near and far. I wouldn't have made it through this week without it.
I am grateful for the technology that we have today. Through it I was able to get in contact with a woman in Australia who had the exact same diagnosis as us and she has been amazing in helping me cope and stay positive.
I am grateful that I live in the times in which I do where early intervention has become the norm and more and more kids with disorders that used to send them to severe and profound special education classrooms are now able to participate in mainstream education.

YESSSS!! I'm thankful GoT starts sunday tooooo!!!
@aimsforyou2014 @kelk5 @EmilyLove25
I'm also thankful for a very patient and kind hubby who has been dealing with my massive mood swings / overall moodiness. He really is a saint even though I give him a very hard time - esp during pregnancy.
I'm also thankful that DD is doing much better during meal time. We've been cutting back on her milk intake and letting her use a spoon or fork with me feeding her, and it's working!
Pumped about GoT and the new Dateline (seconding @EmilyLove25) as well!
I'm thankful for a supportive OBGYN office and doctor who listens to and truly engages with me. I needed the verbal hug yesterday desperately. I'm grateful for you ladies for lifting me up with my genetic testing concerns. A girlfriend of mine came over last night and brought us our first baby gift and we made zoodles together - she is going through IF so I am so grateful that she is so giving and generous in mind and spirit. And I'm grateful DH is home from Barcelona and that we can spend some quality time together (some of which will be GoT focused!) this weekend.
I am great full that the monsoons started this week. All my plants out front have been dying in the 110+ heat. I've been running the drips 3x a day. Happy to have all the rain
I'm also thankful for an awesome OB practice that constantly puts my mind at ease and my SO for being so darn excited for this baby as well as both of our families. You really do feel extra loved when you are expecting!
I have so much to be thankful for. This week I told my Regional Sales Manager and my VP about my pregnancy. They are both men and I work in a very male dominated industry. They were so unbelievably supportive. I was also scared because at the time of my delivery I will have only been with the company 9 months. They both assured me that I have nothing to worry about and that my job will be here when I return. I'm feeling good.
I'm thankful my in-laws are here right now. My MIL is awesome and from the moments she walks through our front door she's helping do something! I'm thankful we are telling our families this weekend so I can finally let this secret out. Also thankful for AC!! Thankful to finally get to see little one on the US on Tuesday, so precious! And I love my new OBGYN so that's a huge plus!
I'm also thankful for the ultrasound yesterday. I thought (and was told) it was only going to be a quick check with the doppler, but my doc did an ultrasound instead, so I got to see the little alien (judging by the US pick). All is well, which helps with PGAL brain. (What I don't understand is how everyone seems to see their baby move at this stage, both with this PG and DS I didn't see a movement until 20+ weeks...)
We told our close family and friends and my work about the baby this week and it went well, so that's another thing I'm glad about.
MC 2/17
I'm also super thankful that I've been able to eat dinner this week after weeks of throwing up anything I ate after 6pm.
I'm thankful MH is feeling better today. We are on vacation and yesterday he was so miserable and was at the cabin all day long, so I just took the dog and went hiking by ourselves. Today he is feeling well enough to go out to brunch and FX got on a hike!
Like @schaze, I'm grateful for DD who was freaking perfect on our 8 hour drive from San Diego to Mammoth (she's normally a TERROR in the car). And to add to that, she has been a champ in every aspect of our trip so far (sleeping well, staying in the campsite when told, and as happy as can be even when skipping naps). If things continue this way, this is going to be an AWESOME vacation all around.
Oh, and I'm thankful for this view this afternoon...
Also: blueberries.
