I've never had my blood drawn this early (4 weeks, 6 days) but due to my M/C last year they wanted my HCG done sooner this time. I went in this morning and it came back at 3,551! I'm excited it's over the 3,000 mark already! Looking promising! Waiting on a call back from the nurse to schedule my first "real" appointment!
I am so nervous this time since my symptoms seem to be lessening at 6 weeks. My first appointment is not until Aug 17th which seems so far away!!! Anyone else have to wait until 12 weeks?
Got my betas back! 525 up from 320 in 48 hours and progesterone was 17.5. They said those numbers are good, but that it puts me at 4 weeks and not 5. So ultrasound is schedule for next week. So I guess this is good news.
My first u/s appointment that was scheduled for Saturday got cancelled/rescheduled for Monday due to my doctor being on call at the hospital this weekend! Another 2 days of waiting. I guess I should have bumped the appointment up last week when the doctor offered after getting my third round of betas back. On a positive note, at least the office called today to reschedule instead of waiting until Saturday to call and cancel.
Today was my first ultrasound which couldn't have come at a better time. This morning I started spotting. They checked me out and said the bleeding looks minimal and not to be worried as long as I don't get a full flow. The good news: we saw a heartbeat! It was too soon to hear it but the fact we saw it was awesome! Measuring a day ahead at 6+2 and DD is March 8. Next ultrasound is 7/24.

I just heard back from the nurse. Apparently my HCG level from my first draw was so good they don't want to re-check it and don't want to see me for another 5 weeks! I'll be 10 weeks along the first time I go in =(. I do have an "intake" appointment with a nurse over the phone on July 31 and they would see me earlier of course if I have any concerns. But this wait is going to be excruciating. I just keep telling myself it's a good thing because it means that they think everything is fine and I have no reason to be seen sooner anymore.
I went in today at 7 weeks and the ultrasound tech said baby should be measuring 7-10 cm. When she measured he or she was 10.5! This is the second appt where the tech said she saw the heartbeat but didn't bother to measure it. Just said it looks "normal." I kind of want to know the heart rate so I think I'll have to ask for it next week.
I should also add my symptoms totally disappeared yesterday. I felt like crap up until Wednesday but yesterday and today I feel 100%. I was incredibly nervous but all looked good. The PA told me waxing and waning of symptoms is totally normal. I know it's so hard but try not to worry and enjoy your symptomless days.
I had a quick appointment this morning right at 5 weeks. Gestational sac and yolk sac were visible and measured slightly ahead (which I don't think is that reliable yet.) We couldn't see the baby but that is expected this early. I have some free fluid in my cul-de-sac that we will check again in a couple weeks but is probably no big deal. We only have one baby in there
@jlo629 I am just being seen at 9 weeks for blood work August 11th and then 10 weeks for my first ultrasound. which isn't till August 18th . I am impatiently waiting
Had my u/s this am. I thought I was 6w1d but I'm measuring 5w5d. I know I didn't ovulate until at least 3 days after trigger but this would be 6 days after trigger or late implantation. We saw a gestational sac and yolk sac and I think the tech said it looked like a pole was starting (no heartbeat yet). My RE says he thinks there is a 75% chance this pregnancy is viable. We're hoping my low betas initially plus the u/s means I'm just a few days behind what I thought. I have a follow up u/s Wednesday so hopefully everything will be on track then. We knew the ovulation date with my son too and he measured 2 days behind on early ultrasound. Maybe it takes fertilized eggs a while to get to my uterus? I'm trying to be hopeful but I'm struggling a little.
My parents are here from out of state so I'm ok mobile and probably won't be around so I apologize if I miss something. I will catch up when they leave.

@dmo1371: I'm sorry you're going through this. I think there's hope that it is late implantation. You'll be in my thoughts and I hope Wednesday comes quickly for you.
Have my first OB visit on the 25th, and they're supposedly doing an ultrasound then, so I'll update during the thread for that week when it comes good luck to everyone who has appointments coming up!!
