2) How are you feeling? Still not sleeping well, otherwise pretty good!

4) Any appointments this week/last? Nothing until anatomy scan on 7/28

5) Rants/Raves/Questions? When do you all plan on registering, if you haven't already? I just need to know what's too soon!

6) GTKY: What were you like in high school? Totally into sports, but by no way a jock.

@holzie-2 I already started two. One at Amazon and one at buy buy baby. They aren't complete yet - but I've got some essentials on there

17weeks. A chipmunk!

No. And finally slightly showing. Parents of dance kids I teach said they could see it! Haha

Rave- got some great deals on prime day. Can't wait for our first baby items to arrive tomorrow!

6) GTKY: What were you like in high school?
Very similar to now- outgoing and loved to have fun. Always in dance class. I dressed a little skimpier- but hey I nabbed my husband in high school that way so I guess it worked out hahaha

@holzie-2 I've been putting things on a private registry on Amazon. Like when I think of something that would be useful, I just add it using my Amazon app so I don't forget. I'll make it public when we get a little closer. I did also create a registry on Pottery Barn Kids but only added 3 things so far. It's public so I don't want to go too crazy just yet and look like a loon.

1) How far along are you? How big is baby? 19 weeks, a mango

2) How are you feeling? Very good

3) Do you know baby's sex? Have you started showing? It's a girl, and yes definitely showing

4) Any appointments this week/last? We had our long-awaited anatomy scan last week. Next appt is a check-up in early Aug.

5) Rants/Raves/Questions? Our hardwood floors are being refinished this upcoming weekend so DH painted baby girl's room a few days ago since he didn't want to wait until after the floors. It's a very soft lavender and it looks wonderful. We are probably going to decorate the room with white furniture and some light gray accents. We also landed on bunnies as being somewhat of a theme. Feeling accomplished!

6) GTKY: What were you like in high school? So quiet. I got good grades and had two really good friends, but I never spoke up in class or had conversations with other people, and was I terrified of the cute/popular guys in school. If I was ever alone in a hallway or something and came across one of the cool guys, I would probably look down at my shoes and pretend I didn't see anyone! It's kind of embarrassing to think about now because I probably seemed so unfriendly even though it was really just shyness. I also ended up marrying one of those cute/popular guys from my HS so I don't get why I was so scared to talk to them back then!

1) How far along are you? How big is baby? 18 weeks! artichoke, tall frappucino

2) How are you feeling? Overall pretty good actually! The cold I had last week seems to be on its way out, but overall hasn't been that bad.

3) Do you know baby's sex? Have you started showing? Our AS is next week, DH wants to know the sex, and I don't. It's still up for debate lol I have been showing since 11 weeks

4) Any appointments this week/last? Midwife in an hour! AS in one week

5) Rants/Raves/Questions? Work is still being a dink. I have yet to hear what their verdict is going to be and I have 4 nights scheduled starting tomorrow. I would really like to know what time they expect me to show up tomorrow!

6) GTKY: What were you like in high school? Shy, athletic, kind of a nerd. I really wish I had made more of an effort to make friends in grade 9, but it is what it is. I don't talk to a single highschool friend anymore, with the exception of my husband (and his best friend)!

3) Do you know baby's sex? Have you started showing? no; In certain clothes, probably people can tell. Otherwise, I probably just look like I have put on weight

4) Any appointments this week/last? Tomorrow! Hopefully will get AS scheduled

5) Rants/Raves/Questions? One of my dear friends is coming to visit on Sunday and to look at wedding venues. I really hope she and her fiance decide to get married here! It is where they met, but it is not where they live, nor where either of them grew up, so they're still considering other locations. It would be so much easier to go to the wedding if it were here or in her hometown (3 hours by car) than if it is in his hometown (outside Philly; we live in MS). At least they are not getting married where they live (NYC). That would be an expensive trip!

6) GTKY: What were you like in high school? Nerd/Geek. I was Valedictorian, active in key club and drama club. I went to a small private school, so I was still friends with a lot of people (most of us went to school together for a really long time), not an outcast (which how nerds seem to be portrayed in TV/movies). I did not date AT ALL. I was also overweight.

I don't think it is too early to register. We have registered for a few things (mainly for the discounts. This is our 2nd, so we plan to buy everything ourselves)

2) How are you feeling? pretty good - just a little insomnia here and there which makes for exhaustion during the day.

3) Do you know baby's sex? Have you started showing? Yes (Boy), and Yes (Showing)

4) Any appointments this week/last? Anatomy scan is 7/19

5) Rants/Raves/Questions? My kids are so messy lately. It's driving me nuts, when does school start back up?!

6) GTKY: What were you like in high school? I was pretty shy, but had a good group of friends. I wasn't mega popular but not nerdy.. just middle of the pack.

17 weeks- where does time go? The size of a small steak.

2) How are you feeling?
Stupid tired still and if I walk more than 30 minutes my hips kill me.

No. Kinda, depends on the time of day and what I wear.

4) Any appointments this week/last?

Nope, might make a doctor's appointment, my ear has been sore..

5) Rants/Raves/Questions?

Just getting tired of spending money (mat clothes and stuff in general)..

6) GTKY: What were you like in high school?
I was a dork. My mom was super religious and I was part of that. I hated it, but made the best of it. I had barely any friends.. it was a tough time. I won the grade 12 math award so that was pretty cool.

I registered at babies r us a couple Fridays ago. If I'm this tired now, I may not have energy to do it later. My cousin who has 3 kids went with me. She wants to be helpful, so I had her join me. I also started a privates registry on Amazon that I'll make public later. There's some Alice in wonderland stuff I'd love that is likely easiest to get there.

2) How are you feeling? Ok. My stomach has been unpredictable lately so it's messing with my appetite.

3) Do you know baby's sex? Have you started showing? It's a girl! I won't show until the third tri because of how I carry my weight.

4) Any appointments this week/last? We had an elective ultrasound last week. Anatomy scan on July 26.

5) Rants/Raves/Questions? I'm already having trouble getting comfortable in bed, and we have a great bed! DH got me a body pillow but neglected to get a case for it and I am being too cheap to spend $20 on a pillowcase. I'm going to have to give in soon though, so I can quit waking up on my back and getting anxious.

6) GTKY: What were you like in high school? Extremely quiet. Dressed like a nerd. Didn't fit in with ANYONE because I was so sheltered. Not my favorite time of life.

I have to say I was pretty average. I mingled with everyone. I was in chorus all 4 years and even double dipped ( two choirs) for a few years. I also did sports and took art classes. I was

Haha @lijuan09 I've been using mine without a case for weeks. Gave up on DH ordering a case. I don't know the brand etc so I can't get it myself. Wish it had one esp. since dogs sleep with me- but my comfort is more important haha

1) How far along are you? How big is baby? 17 weeks - the size of a pomegranate

2) How are you feeling? Most days I am pretty good. Not as many headaches as I was having the last few weeks which is such a relief.

3) Do you know baby's sex? Have you started showing? Baby is a girl! I can tell there is a belly, but no realy bump yet.

4) Any appointments this week/last? Nope!

5) Rants/Raves/Questions?

6) GTKY: What were you like in high school? I excelled in athletics (basketball mostly - I am 5'11" but I also played volleyball and lacrosse). I was in advanced (challenge and AP) classes and was mediocre as I was smart enough to get through them but I never really tried very hard so I didn't do as well as I should have.

2) How are you feeling? good. like 2nd trimester good, finally. No complaints!

3) Do you know baby's sex? Have you started showing? Nope, we find out next week. I feel like I'm showing but no one has commented on it yet.

4) Any appointments this week/last? I saw a neurologist today to get more opinions on the headaches. He suggested the same stuff as my ob so no big lightbulbs there. We have our A/S next week and our 6 year old is joining us. We're all pretty excited.

5) Rants/Raves/Questions? We finally just made our big announcement this week and people have been super supportive of us. It's been nice.

6) GTKY: What were you like in high school? Geeky music/theater kid. I had my group of friends but was not at all popular. My daughter makes friends everywhere she goes and neither my DH or I knows where she gets that from. lol.
