@hullabalou Yes but then of course I was up with the storms last night and then had to pee again. I'm hoping the timing was ok, I usually don't wake up to go to the bathroom until 2:30 am.
@chasingroygbiv I think that an hour is perfectly fine for peeing. Just let it flow and not try to hurry it along (creating pushing). I would try to hold off on pooping for a bit because the pushing can affect the vagina also (which is why you often see more CM after a BM). A lot of times, I'll end up drinking kind of a lot right before bed with taking vitamins and my acupuncturist tea and stuff so I'll put it in, get in bed, read for a bit and then have to pee again before going to sleep. It seems fine. Your vagina does a pretty good job keeping it in.
Sorry about the bolding problems. I'm on mobile and it was fighting me so I gave up. How far along are you? 5+2
Any appointments coming up? Ultrasound on the 25th. It's soooooo far awaaaayyy.
How are you doing? (Dear diary posts and venting are welcome and encouraged here) Ah, okay. H has taken to telling me he loves us and asking how we're doing and telling me specifically that he loves Nugget. :'( I just hope he's not going to get his heart broken again. Also, I'm on the same trip I was last year (different location and a week or so earlier in the month) at pretty much the same amount pregnant I was then. It was also approximately when Kit stopped growing. So, it's kind of weird right now.
GTKY: What is your favorite leisure activity? Let's be honest, best day is going for a hike or kayaking or something then sitting outside in the sunshine eating and drinking with friends/family. Preferably by water.

Any appointments coming up? Was supposed to have betas today, but long story short, now I have to wait until tomorrow (grrrr). I just really, really want to see some good numbers. Even though I know it doesn't predict what will happen, I think it will at take a slight edge off my paranoia.
How are you doing? (Dear diary posts and venting are welcome and encouraged here) Trying to so hard to take this one day at a time. After 2 losses and then so long not being able to conceive, DH and I want this so hard (as I am sure that everyone here does). I am trying to remain calm and optimistic, but simultaneously guarding against heartache.
GTKY: What is your favorite leisure activity? Reading! I love to cuddle up with a good book and hot drink on my front porch in the early morning.
@heatherdubrow I really hope that your ultrasound is able to give you some peace of mind @mylovelittlelove I completely know how you feel. After 2 M/Cs I am so scared that I am just waiting for bad news. It is so hard to not be terrified all the time. @bookishbaker ugh I am so sorry about the dreams. I hope that they stop shortly @tosh24 I think PGAL definitely makes us obsess over every little thing. I am constantly feeling to see if BBs are sore or get terrified if I feel CM. Hugs. @mdfarmchick isn't it funny to be so thankful for morning sickness? I am hoping here hoping to feel like I want to throw up. I hope that these next few weeks are completely uneventful for you. @chasingroygbiv first - I love your username. Second, really hoping that this is your rainbow @raeliz13 I am glad you are feeling better after your beta -what a great number! @journogrl23 I totally feel you with POAS - I am not really sure when I will stop. And I definitely think you should feel welcome here. I think the anxiety of a loss stays with any woman @hullabalou hooray for a strong heartbeat! @mchance100 I feel the same way. I think we all have little milestones in our head, and until I am holding that baby will I probably finally relax @kiki75 Aww that is so sweet of DH. It is so hard to find a balance of being excited and guarding self-preservation
I was so much more prepared for this trip last year. I brought Preggie Pops and sick sacks and things to eat if the lunch (they're provided) was something like just cold sandwiches. Today someone said the had wraps so I was picturing cold deli meat wraps. Luckily they had pizza, too.
Really, I'd give a nickel for some nausea or anything that felt really different from last time. But then again, my body kept on like the dang musicians on the Titanic. (*Extra TW* Seriously. Embryo quit growing? We'll go ahead and build a placenta anyways.)
I just want the 25th to get here so I can move forward either way.

@kiki75 hugs girl. My nausea has just now started really ramping up, fwiw. I hope time flies for you and you get to see a beautiful heartbeat on the 25th!
@kiki75 If it makes you feel better, I am somewhere around week 6, and my nausea is slowly increasing. It's still early. You could totally get more nausea in the next week or less.
I know this is the PGAL brain talking. I'm barely pregnant and I cannot wait to get some symptoms. It's just my irrational brain thinking that symptoms = progress. My boobs are a little sore but I know that they were sore prior to the beta from the Crinone. It's a different kind of sore from a couple of weeks ago but it's the progesterone.

@SP128 I feel your pain. I was just thinking how badly I want symptoms to kick in full force since that's all i know of successful pregnancy given my history. PgAL brain sucks. I'm sorry you're experiencing it. I'm right there with you.

Ultrasound @ 7 weeks 5/25: We have a heartbeat!
@SP128 I'm right there with you. My symptoms ceased pretty quickly with my loss, so I also equate having symptoms with progress. While I hate being sick, I personally love having morning sickness because it calms my anxious mind. Bring on the symptoms!
