7 weeks no heart beat

I'm 7 weeks and my baby still has no heart beat my doctor wants to see me next week to see if there is any progress has anyone been through this and went back the following week and found a heart beat hcg is over 18000 and I'm currently on progesterone suppositories and oral caplets

I have been in a similar situation but mine ended in a mc the as soon as i stopped the progesterone my body took over naturally. I hope you get better news.

How big was the baby measuring?

If i stand corrected i think the doctor said 6weeks and 1 day that was last week im 7 weeks this week and he said there was very little growth if any he also said that last week he could see a little flicker which i didn't see because you couldn't hear it but he couldn't hear it or see it this week

I am really sorry. I have learned with all my losses that when something isn't right early on, it hasn't ended well for me.

Did they do an internal ultrasound?

The waiting is the hardest part. My thoughts and prayers are with you that your next ultrasound shows a healthy baby with a strong heartbeat.

I'm sorry to hear that you are going through this. I am hoping that everything turns in your favor. Praying baby is doing well. With my mcs the doc didn't see anything at all, or only saw where the pregnancy was supposed to be, but nothing came of it. I hope your numbers continue to increase and that baby is well.
