    Mine comes in waves - but still hasn't gone away completely. My doc says its from the little one's head hitting a nerve in the cervix, so as long as they are down there - they're able to hit that...?

    I had it early on (like 15w) and then it went away for several months and now it is back.  It feels more internal than it used to-- like pp said from the head descending.

    Hi Choco! My pelvis pain has been killing me since around week 24. It just keeps getting worse and it's always the worst after I've been sitting or lying down for a while. When I get up to move, I'm in agony until I "walk it off" a bit.
