H and my dad are working on the backhoe because they blew a hose trying to remove some stumps from our yard. All I can hear is "you'll have to replace this" and "you'll need a new that" and wondering how much it'll cost to fix it.

I came here to tell everyone that there's a Harry Potter marathon on Freeform right now. I'm nerding out while continuing work on my cardigan. Since yesterday, I've finished the back panel, the front left panel, and half of the front right panel. So. Exciting.

Pride was great yesterday, but I do miss the big gay prides of StL and KC. Of all my years going to Pride, I have noticed more and more LGBTQA+ parents bringing their kids and that makes my heart so happy.
I also went to a drive-in showing of The Princess Bride and it was so much fun!

We watched Lala Land last night and I have to say I liked it more the second time around... I'm really trying to get motivated and clean my house... but man do I want to nap... haha

@hollieileen how did you feel about it the first time around? I'm scared to watch LaLaLand again because I was completely entranced by it the first time. Like, I obsessed over it for days after we saw it in the theater. I don't want to watch it again for fear it'll lose some magic!
@kmalls I liked it a lot but I was not enchanted. I wanted to be! I'm obsessed with Emma Stone and I love musicals. But there was sooo much hype, and I hadn't seen a movie in a theater for years so I had HIGH hopes. I saw it through a more reasonable lense the second time and did truly love it. Now I could watch it again and again.
