Congratulations for any BFP's, hugs to anybody who needs one.
FYI: US citizens, this is a good time to call your representative about infertility coverage, as there are going to be major changes done to our healthcare system very soon.
How is everybody doing?

Hello! I am 1 dp trigger shot. We are BD until a temp shift. My ultrasound yesterday showed a 24mm follicle on my right ovary. I'm so happy that levothyroxine/metformin/femara finally got me to ovulate. It is so thrilling to actually be trying for a change.
QOTW: What are you good at? I have been told I'm a Jack-Of-All-Trades. I'm pretty good at a lot of stuff. I can draw well, sing well, paint well, I was good at all subjects in school, pick up languages well enough, can shoot well, excellent at scheduling/logistics, decent at reading people and communicating, decent actor.
That's not bragging though. Sometimes it's annoying being pretty good at a lot of stuff but never the best at anything.
Husband & I married May 26th, 2012
Me 28 Him 28
TTC #1 since January 1st 2016
Anovulatory with PCOS Clomid 50;100;150;200: No O TSH 3.75 Put on 50mg levothyroxine 1500 MG Metformin 7.5 MG Letrozole: No Follicles 9 MG Letrozole: 21mm Follicle no pregnancy 4 cycles at 9 MG Letrozole, No pregnancy
Last day of Clomid this cycle (woo hoo!!!). We go in for our follicle check on Friday. Nothing much else going on....except for this cold I'm apparently coming down with. Woke up with a sore throat, groggy, and just plain listless and now my head is starting to get all fuzzy. Ugg. I'm attempting to get as much done at work today as possible in case I feel worse tomorrow.
QOTW: Cooking/baking, hands down, is my best skill. Not to toot my own horn, but my food is pretty damn tasty and I have some pretty good knife skills. I am good at other things too (obviously) but cooking/baking is the one that stands out the most and that I feel most comfortable saying I am very good at.
I triggered last night (so I am also 1DPT @Mythril!) It was my first injection ever, and really not too bad. I think it was more of the anticipation leading up to it that had me all nervous. I ended up giving it to myself instead of MH giving it to me. It may have been the margarita I had with dinner that helped with that...
IUI tomorrow morning!
QOTW: I am pretty creative and enjoy making things/crafting. I made a good amount of the artwork that I have in my house. I have also made some artwork and given it as gifts to my family. I am also somewhat handy. I have made some (very basic) furniture (a shelf, a console table, etc.) I like to think that some day I'll quit my job and open a store where I can sell all the things I like to make
This week has been weird. Feel like my body is revolting against me. Mid-cycle spotting and no idea why. As per usual, all negative OPKs and my temping looks like a roller coaster. Still no word on hubby's SA and getting frustrated.
What am I good at? Some say i'm good at cooking, decorating my house on a budget, photogrpahy, planning and organizing events etc. I joke around with hubby and say i'm a domestic goddess, but i'm also great at my job, sarcasm, and not ovulating
@GoldenKeys could you please add me to the weekly check-in? I answered my inaugural questions last week
Married 4 yrs - TTC 3 yrs PCOS, anovulatory, vit. D deficiency Rx: Metformin
@Mythril - awesome news! Keeping FX for you as you enter the TWW! @hoffmanr7 - I'm still so pleased your cysts cleared up. GL this cycle! Keeping fingers crossed that this cycle is the one! @Kim41313 - GL with the IUI tomorrow! Exciting! @Kate437 - I'm sorry for the BFN. @jessicaapennington - when was the SA? How long have you been waiting to hear back?
AFM: still suppressing. Ugh. But this time next week, I will only have 2 days left to go! So I'm more than half way there!
QOTW: So, I'm not good at drawing or painting or crafting or cooking. My knife skills are terrible!! LOL! I'm not handy at all. I'm okay at my job, but I could be better - I'm not like the Beyonce of my industry, or anything. I complain all the time, and I half-ass a lot of low priority things. But I'm resilient. I'm really good at getting up when I fall, and at moving forward, even when things get tough. So I usually accomplish whatever I set out to do, one way or another. I don't make it look easy, but I do it.
In fact, I'd venture that everyone on this board is resilient!
@jessicaapennington our new RE is not forthcoming with test results. If we want them before the appointment, we apparently have to go in and sign a form requesting them first. Not my fav thing, especially since they apparently get SA results same day. Might be worth calling yours to see if they have the results already.
AFM - meeting with the RE tomorrow to get all the test results and his opinion. I had most done through my OB, so I've seen the results, and all coming back normal. So there's that. CD 1 today which means another 10 day LP, even on clomid. Wonder how they'll explain that one...?
AFM Well I am 5dpo today. 2 days until the blood test to see if we're successful or not. I am sooooo anxious and my emotions are jumping all over the place. I'm a freaking wreck to be honest. And I don't know if any of you do this, but I assume at least some probably do - I am over-analysing every little feeling or pain in my body. Like my boobs were sore this afternoon and my mind immediately jumped to the possibility that I'm KU. Sigh. All I can do is wait.
QOTW: What are you good at? I am very good with accuracy and attention to detail and I am very organised I also think I'm pretty good at baking.
Me: 26, DH: 26 TTC #1 since July 2016 Dx: PCOS, on Metformin since Feb 2017
@Kate437 I'm sorry to hear about the BFN, hopefully next cycle is your BFP
@funkykey how are you feeling leading up to your stims?
AFM- My HCG is finally at zero and the bleeding stopped last week so I'm happy to finally have that behind me. The RE called me yesterday and said the only things we can really switch up is to get the embryos tested (which we already decided we aren't doing) and or get the endo scratch done. My issue isn't implantation though my issue is embryo quality so I don't think I am going to change anything up.
QOTW- Clearly reading isn't one of them because I had to reread your initial post twice to find the question. I would say that one thing I'm good at is I tend to be fairly positive. I'm also pretty good at sleeping and hanging out with my cats.

@Kate437 sorry for the BFN Do you always have an 18 day LP, or do the medications extend it?
@jessicaapennington My RE's office took their sweet time telling us the results of his SA also, so I called the office and they told us we had to come in for a meeting with the doctor to go over the results. Have you tried called the doctor's office yet?
Thanks for all the well wishes everyone! The IUI went well. I did have some trouble relaxing my muscles so it was a little uncomfortable, but that is to be expected. I have had a little cramping and spotting, but nothing too bad. The post wash motile count 12.5 million, which isn't the greatest, but from what I understand anything over 10 mil has the same success rates. (pre-was was 35 mil. So the SA's so far have been 6 mil, 60 mil, and 35 mil.. a little confusing as to why they're so different, but I can't try to figure this all out. As long as we are over 10 post wash then I am just going to be at peace with it). So now, the longest TWW of my life is about top start
Hyped myself up thinking the HSG test was going to be absolutely painful and terrible. I jumped a little because I wasn't expecting the speculum to be ice cold but otherwise it wasnt painful. The downside is my right tube is 100% blocked and there is fluid inside it so my RE has me scheduled for surgery to disconnect that tube from my uterus. I'm freaking out a little bit. I am also now on an antibiotic to prevent infection that makes me feel like I'm dying (doxycycline) and I am on birth control for the next month.
QOTW: cooking is my number 1 talent. Which sucks right now because metformin has significanly limited what I can have
@fluffybookworm - I'm sorry about your right tube, but a little bit pleased that they'v found something and you are acting on it. FX that this will be over soon, and you will get KU-ed before you know it!
Thanks @funkykey my only real concern is I was told that you ovulate on your right side more then your left. So by having that tube disconnected Im afraid I'm cutting my chances down significantly.
@worldtraveler0522 July 3rd. Dont know the time yet or if its inpatient or out patient. The other part that sucks that i just found out is my fiance cant request that day off or request an early or late route from july 1st to july 8th because of the holiday and thats the policy even if we were married so i might have to find someone to help with transportation or if its in patient i could be in the hospital by myself for a while.
