Hi everyone! I'm a long time lurker who is finally posting and hoping for a good close support system with people who"get it."
My husband and I are both 28, TTC for almost 3 years. I have PCOS and hypothyroidism (both Dx after TTC began). I had a HSG and then a Lap in November to remove scar tissue, a uterine septum, cysts, and to correct Fallopian tube diverticulitis . We have tried a cycle of clomid with no response and two cycles of Femara with no BFP. I feel like I've been through the ringer!
Now we are on to a combination of Femara and Gonal F with Ovidrel trigger this coming cycle with timed intercourse, with no insurance coverage. Im not sure how we will afford more than 2-3 cycles like this, but I guess we all figure it out!
Anyone else starting a new cycle in the next week or so? Anyone have successes on this regime or am I getting my hopes too high that this will make the difference?

I don't have any experience with injects since it will be my first cycle on them, but I do know that the success rate for injects does bump up a notch from oral meds and lots of ladies do have success. Do you know how much your clinic charges for IUI? If you are totally OOP, I may look into going straight to IUI with injects to increase your chances. *TW* With my son, I started out with oral meds and TI after about 18 months of TTC. This time around it has been 5 years of TTC with no luck so when I went back to the RE we just went straight to IUI. My RE would definitely suggest going straight to IUI after 3 years of TTC if there were no financial constraints and the couple wanted to move quickly *END TW*
