Rubbing belly

hello, I was rubbing my the sides of my belly and my husband noticed that I was actually squeezing my stomach. And now I am freaking out! Should I be nervous?

    It likely would be physically impossible for you to squeeze your own stomach enough to cause any issues. You're fine.
