So I started seeing a chiropractor in the last couple of weeks, and this week he asked if I tend to walk on stand pigeon toed (I do). I asked how he could tell and he said it's because my hips point in, which can narrow the birth canal. Not what a FTM wants to hear!! Has anyone heard this, or are there any STM's who often walk/stand like that and didn't have problems with a narrow birth canal? I asked him if I could try to correct for it in the next few months, and he said after doing it for 32 years I can't really change it. Now I keep picturing my baby getting stuck in there, lol.

I have a stupid question... when people say that they can feel their uterus at their belly button, etc... how do you know what your uterus feels like? My belly feels like firm stuff with some squishy stuff on top. Ha.
I've not seen my midwife since seeing the chiropractor but will ask her about it next time I go in!
Everything I've read says just to stop doing so when its uncomfortable, or during the second trimester. With the twins I'm measuring about 5 weeks ahead in uterus size, putting me at about 21 weeks in size. It's not uncomfortable to lay on my back, but I obviously don't want to be doing any damage.

@anewadventure Haha, let me just say, this soup is so delicious that I think if I wasn't pregnant there's a distinct possibility I'd eat it all in one sitting. I just get full too damn quickly now!
I'll share the recipe, in case anyone is interested: https://allrecipes.com/recipe/70343/slow-cooker-chicken-taco-soup/?lnkid=usspnt

If anyone is interested in a healthier sub for sour cream with tacos/Tex Mex food, plain Greek yogurt is nearly indistinguishable, and it has more protein. I put it out last week when we made taco salad, and H couldn't tell the difference at all! That being said, I freakin love sour cream and still use it from time to time.

@sjis LOL. potty training boys seems to be a total PITA so far. right now my DS is 3 months shy of his third birthday. he sits on the toilet to pee. he's way too short to stand and pee and there is no way i want to work on his aim whilst potty training in general.
one of the gals in my BMB was throwing her hands up at the complications of training her DS after having a DD first. "do you wipe? do you shake? do you sit or stand? why is this so difficult?"

We love this chicken soup recipe: https://iowagirleats.com/2015/10/07/crock-pot-chicken-and-wild-rice-soup/ We sub in whatever grains we have (wheat berries, barley, etc) and add whatever veggies are looking kind of sad in the fridge.
@whiska we've made the greek yogurt sub for sour cream for so long at our house that DH complains if we go back for any reason. I swirl in a bunch of minced fresh herbs and some cracked black pepper to serve on baked potatoes and it's so good.
i mean, maybe with sleep deprivation i lost a lot of IQ points but i didn't even think about this until we had a few soaked outfits with bone dry diapers...

The little boy penis talk is scaring me. I freaked out in buy buy baby yesterday because I realized I didn't even know what stupid questions to ask. I can't think of any. There is a baby coming, I have no idea what I'm doing, and I don't even know what kinds of questions I should be asking about any of it. These are the things of nightmares and panic attacks.

ETA: He learned sitting, and then when it was time to stand (he was standing before starting kindergarten), I let my DH take over bathroom explanations. I didn't know how to even start to explain what to do if they're peeing and then have to poop all of a sudden, or to shake, etc.
