    I really need to do some meal prep and find out what my appetite can handle right now because I can't keep doing this junk.

    most days it's peanut butter on toast and some fruit for breakfast, salad or sandwhich for lunch... then some sort of meat and salad for dinner, but if I don't snack during the day.... crap food cravings hit. But I can't seem to want anything snack wise without my mind saying ewwww no. 
  • the last couple days i've been bad cause of food aversions and major nausea. last night DH cooked steaks and sauteed mushrooms...one bite of the steak and was certain i would get sick. the mushrooms were good though. I've been living on cheezits and wheat thins and gatorade and lemonade, plain baked potatoes and plain pasta. depending on how bad the nausea is, i can handle strawberries and watermelon, or a fruit smoothie with some protein powder. today DH bought me a couple bottle of Boost protein drinks to see if i can drink that so i can get a bit more protein in me. can't wait for this phase to be over!
  • What's a common opinion on restaurant salads? My SO has me paranoid about getting anything from unclean salad or places that leave everything out all day. I've been craving Salad Works, but everything sits out all day and doesn't seem to be refrigerated... 
  • Right now there are really only three things I can keep down.  Plain corn flakes in whole milk, salad with homemade vinaigrette dressing and beef sticks.  :neutral:
