I am 10 weeks now! Baby is the size of a prune, strawberry or fig!
2. How are you feeling?
Not too bad, I'm not as tired as I have been and I am starting to have an appetite again.
3. Any appointments this week?
Nope
4. Rants/raves/questions?
Hubby is instant we don't tell anyone out name choice when the time comes (everyone already know our boy choice as he never said he didn't want people knowing, we have had the name chosen for years and others have known for just as long), he wants to leave it to the end. I suspect he wants to leave gender a secret to others too. But I really want to tell people for the purpose of the shower and when we know everything I want to be free to refer to my baby by name. Shift work is making him grouchy and it caused a big fight last night.
5. GTKY: What would your perfect nursery look like?
If we have a girl I want to go with a fantasy/fairy tale theme with unicorns, princesses, and just overall very girly. For a boy it will be a Space/Sci-Fi theme. I can't wait to know so I can start decorating!

2. How are you feeling?
I don't feel pregnant other than the exhaustion! I want to nap every day! It doesn't help that my 3 year old thinks his summer wakeup time is 6 am.

Tomorrow

Just so so tired. I don't remember if this last just during first trimester or 2nd too. I hate that it is during summer, because I need a nap every day.
5. GTKY: What would your perfect nursery look like?
We are leaving the nursery the same and will move our 3 year old out of that room and into his big boy room. So instead of decorating a nursery, we will be doing his room and I'm super excited. This will be our first baby that is a surprise on the birthday, and luckily, our nursery is plain with just white/tan striped walls!

2. How are you feeling?
Pretty tired all the time. Nausea seems to kick in around dinner time, so I haven't been eating much lately.
3. Any appointments this week?
No, first appointment isn't until June 16 (still seems like forever)
4. Rants/raves/questions?
It is exhausting working full time, caring for my 16 month old and still getting things done around the house. I've been going to bed at 8pm every night because I am so tired. My husband helps a lot, but it's still not enough.
5. GTKY: What would your perfect nursery look like?
I haven't spent too much time thinking about it, since we don't know what we're having yet. I already have a DD, and her nursery is all pinks and grays with an elephant theme. If it's a boy, I think I will go the nautical route (navy & kelly green or navy & orange). If it's a girl, I'm excited to explore the options. I loved doing the nursery for my DD, so am pretty excited for this next one.

2. How are you feeling? I'm hungry every 30 mins. Small snacks but it's not doing a thing it should be.
3. Any appointments this week? Nope, not until the 27th!
4. Rants/raves/questions? Rave: I'm no longer constipated and I have somewhat energy again. YAY! Rant: My DH. He's starting to see the stress and toll of the work I've put in the 5 weeks and I was utterly exhausted. Granted he was too but I had to come home and clean, do laundry, cook supper, dishes, take dogs out, feed them, and make lunches for tomorrow while he set on the couch and now he has his tail tucked between my legs and acting all sad. (Side Rave: He helped me a lot last night).
5. GTKY: What would your perfect nursery look like? Foxes, squirrels, deer, bear..just outdoors everywhere for boy or girl! AND CLEAN. (Before baby) LOL
2. How are you feeling? Tired and nauseous...ready for the 2nd tri when apparently we're all gonna feel "great"!
3. Any appointments this week? First ultrasound tomorrow morning...nervous and excited!
4. Rants/raves/questions? So sick of having no appetite! DH and i will be at the store and at that moment, something looks and sounds amazing for dinner...come dinner time, and i can't even look at it...
5. GTKY: What would your perfect nursery look like? I'm a minimalist...this kid and any future kids (if we have any in the next couple years) will be sharing a room until we can move out of the city, so I'm a fan of neutral colors...i love shades of grey...and then a "theme" with the bedding and accessories. We live on the water and I grew up sailing, so if i get my way, I'd like to incorporate a navy/(blue or coral, depending on if it's a boy or girl) color nautical theme.
2. How are you feeling? Pretty tired with lots of pee pee breaks and my lower abdomen is achy. All else is good. No nausea at all!
3. Any appointments this week? We had an ultrasound Monday and saw a little flicker of a heartbeat! ❤️
4. Rants/raves/questions? Rant- can't wait until the first trimester is over so I can feel like most risks have passed! Rave- I love knowing there is a tiny little person in my belly. It's like a dream.
5. GTKY: What would your perfect nursery look like? I like clean nuetral colors like light gray or beige to start. Then when we learn the sex we will add some frilly pink or boyish blue to accent. I like the idea of cuye adorable fuzzy animal embellishments or themes.
