Who else is experiencing this? I *think* I am, and it's just started in the past week. It kinda feels like a small nerve pinch very quickly...Is that lightning crotch?

Oh my gosh! I thought I was the only one - I had no idea what that was but I was hoping it would never happen again - what it that????? Sorry - I have no idea what causes that. I haven't heard about it until you posted today - I've experienced it! But never heard anything about it from anyone I know and it's not mentioned in any pregnancy books I've read.

Very uncomfortable. The first time, I was like, "WTH is THAT". I thoguht I moved wrong or something and kept switching positions to try to stop it. I looked like I had to pee.

OO...I kinda don't mind it then if it means the baby is getting to weigh enough to put pressure on something OTHER than my bladder...Ok...keep on lightning crotch..I can handle this..

THis just started for me last night! I kept telling my DH that my vag-j-j hurt but I couldn't really figure out why. He was like um..maybe you should call the dr. I couldn't wait to get on the computer and start googling it! I am glad that I am not the only one. I started to think that something was going wrong!

I had it so bad on my drive to work this morning that I thought I was going to drive into a wall. It lasted more than the usual seconds and was very painful. yeah fun!

Thank goodness for this post! I had experienced it a couple of times and had no idea what was going on...I thought something was wrong. I wasn't even sure how to explain it to my mid-wife but as soon as I saw 'lightning crotch' - I knew I was not alone!
