2. How are you feeling?
3. Any appointments this week?
4. Rants, raves, questions?
5. GTKY: Where do you live? What's the best/worst things about it?
Re: Friday Ticker Change 5/19
1. According to my calculations, I am 5 weeks today!
2. I feel fine, so far so good! FX to keep this going. Last pregnancy I was sick from wk 7- wk 26. So I'm trying to get as much done at work as possible in case history repeats itself and I'm useless for the foreseeable future.
3. Any appointments this week? Nope! First appt. 6/5, though I might have to reschedule due to work travel, WAH!
4. Rants, raves, questions? I gained 70 lbs last pregnancy, so this time I want to do things differently. I've been walking alot and avoiding sugar, any other ideas to stay ahead this time around?
5. GTKY: Where do you live? What's the best/worst things about it? We are in Maryland- Baltimore. Currently the worst part is the CICADAS EVERYWHERE!!! They are lining our sidewalk and have beady red eyes and creep me outttttttttt!!!!!!!!!!!
Happy Friday mamas!!
7 weeks - the size of a blueberry
2. How are you feeling?
Same as last week (tired, sore boobs) plus nausea since Wednesday.
3. Any appointments this week?
First sonogram on Monday (5/22)! I had a little consult and betas this Monday (5/15) which went well. My office is supportive of VBACs which is nice, though she said if this one is looking as big as my son they might just want to do an RCS.
4. Rants, raves, questions?
Rant- My son used to sleep until 8am, but with DH's work schedule weird the last couple weeks I've been getting him up at 7am so I can get him to daycare. Now he's waking up earlier and earlier, and won't stay in his room. He got up at friggin 6:15 today. If he does it this weekend I'm gonna have to do something drastic.
5. GTKY: Where do you live? What's the best/worst things about it?
I live in Maryland, in the D.C. suburbs. It's nice being close so many different things to do (not that I actually do many of them, but the options are there!) but the traffic sucks. Also we get both cold winters and humid summers, which can get kind of old.

6 weeks today, Baby is the size of a battleship peg or rainbow sprinkle!
2. How are you feeling?
Tired. No nausea yesterday and woke up to it today. Happy 6 weeks to me!
3. Any appointments this week?
Not until June 12th
4. Rants, raves, questions?
Rave! Sea bands. Thank you for entering my life.
5. GTKY: Where do you live? What's the best/worst things about it?
Southern Alberta, Canada! The prairies are beautiful in summer, but we get these things called Chinooks, the wind drops down off the slopes of the rocky mountains out west and travels at such high speeds it actually warms up the air! So we get super crazy fast warm winds.
6 weeks! Ovia says baby is the size of a blueberry but the Bump says sweet pea.
2. How are you feeling?
Meh. Still exhausted all the time. I'm starting to get the tiniest waves of nausea and no foods sound good. I have absolutely no idea what I'm going to eat for lunch today.
3. Any appointments this week?
Nope, first one is 5/30.
4. Rants, raves, questions?
I don't think I have any rants or raves today!
5. GTKY: Where do you live? What's the best/worst things about it?
I live in Upstate SC and absolutely love it. I love that it's close to so many things - just a short drive to the mountains, a few hours from the coast, and about halfway between Atlanta and Charlotte. There's always something going on in my city and I love our downtown. The worst things are the terrible roads and the hot/humid summers (I'm definitely a Fall weather person).
2. How are you feeling? Nausea in the morning and evening, tired all the time, and super anxious because..
3. Any appointments this week? I still have 3 1/2 weeks until my first appointment, and I don't even have an ultrasound at that time-that will be scheduled somewhere between 10 and 12 weeks. I just want to make sure everything is where it should be. I hate this waiting.
4. Rants, raves, questions? Just the above. And DD is driving me nuts this week, all her tantrums and fussiness is making things worse.
5. GTKY: Where do you live? What's the best/worst things about it? Wisconsin-winter sucks, but we live in a great area with tons to do.
7 weeks hahaha
2. How are you feeling?
Miserable. Called out of work last night, and had my brother take 1.0 for the day so I can stay in bed.
3. Any appointments this week?
Monday's scan was prefect, go back in 2 weeks
4. Rants, raves, questions?
I just need my fking energy back!!
5. GTKY: Where do you live? What's the best/worst things about it?
NJ...
Right now I am just loathing this heat wave. Best thing is having two major cities and a ton of great beaches all within a short drive. Plus it's called the garden state for a reason... love having farm fresh produce.
6 weeks. I've seen pea, grain of rice and chocolate chip.
2. How are you feeling?
Really good still! Some fatigue and cramping, mild heartburn at night. Not much of an appetite. I really can't complain.
3. Any appointments this week?
Not for 2 more weeks. The wait is excruciating.
4. Rants, raves, questions?
We just moved and I think we already need a bigger place. Or we need to get rid of a lot of stuff. I keep having nightmares about having twins (or the super fun ones where someone steals this baby out of my uterus...) and I just don't know where we would put anything if we had 2 babies.
Also, DH is making me crazy. I have a "honey do" list for him and the only things crossed off are things I've done myself. I'm waiting for those things to be done so I can do other things. Our house is still a disaster from moving (and having a 4 yr old) and the mess/clutter is driving me insane.
5. GTKY: Where do you live? What's the best/worst things about it?
South Jersey. There's so much to do, short drive into the city or to the shore, at least 6 malls within a reasonable driving distance... the downside would be the cost of living and the traffic. And the pollen right now is killing me, and my poor DS!
2. How are you feeling? A little bit of morning sickness here and there, coupled with bloating. Emotionally I'm going pretty good.
3. Any appointments this week? Nope!
4. Rants, raves, questions? I'm trying to decide when to tell my boss about the pregnancy. If I have 3-4 appts between now and 12 weeks, I'm worried he will start to question why I am always going to the doctor. I don't think he would ever deny me going to the doctor's but even I would question a co-worker going 3-4 times over a period of 2 months. Originally my plan was to tell him at 12 weeks, but now I'm thinking to tell him after we have our first u/s and determine the pregnancy is viable. Thoughts?
5. GTKY: Where do you live? What's the best/worst things about it? Ohio. Best part is location - I live in the suburbs of a smaller city, Dayton, but I'm only about an hour drive from Cincinnati and Columbus, which both have tons of things to do. Worst thing is the weather. It is so unpredictable! Raining and in the 50s one day, and the next day, sunny and in the 80s. It is beyond frustrating.
@bainidhedub hope you can figure something for DS, sorry no experience here
@makstew I like the "rainbow sprinkle part"
@gusgus14 fall girl here too!
@schaze my first appt isn't for 4 weeks (I'm only 4 weeks today), but the waiting is so tough. Also fellow WI girl here!
@AnyMax lol at the size of a Viagra
@mamakassie2 moving is always tough! Hope YH crosses some stuff of his list
@darkrose88 that's tough. I think you could tell your boss in confidence after US and then announce to other coworkers later.
1. How many weeks are you? How big is baby? (Check out babysizer.com if you haven't yet!)
4 weeks, size of poppyseed
2. How are you feeling?
A little more tired and some cramps.
3. Any appointments this week?
Nope not until 6/16
4. Rants, raves, questions?
Got our BFP Monday and still just feeling extremely happy and surprised. Having a hard time keeping myself calm and still 4 weeks until first appt. *possible TW MH has DNA frag issues so a little nervous about that increasing risk of MC (although nurse reassured us there isn't, Dr Google says differently)
5. GTKY: Where do you live? What's the best/worst things about it?
WI girl here. Small town with lots of hiking, biking, and parks close and only a 30 min drive to Madison.
5 weeks - pop rocks crystal
2. How are you feeling?
Slightly calmer than previously. Betas had a doubling time of under 40 hours - Wednesday's (19dpo) was 2581, so that was reassuring. I've been pretty tired and my appetite is also lacking, slight nausea in the afternoons. And ohhh the bloating.
3. Any appointments this week?
First ultrasound and appointment with the RE one week from today (!!!)
4. Rants, raves, questions?
Any other PGAL ladies here? This anxiety is no joke
5. GTKY: Where do you live? What's the best/worst things about it?
GA - it's pretty, mild winters, friendly people

@darkrose88 I told my immediate supervisor at work because 1. She's also pregnant, and 2. She was starting to catch on. I don't plan to tell my boss for a couple weeks yet. I'm 6 weeks.
