Last time my betas were 13 days after ovulation, guess it just depends on your doctor. You can implant 6 - 12 days after ovulation, so why some people get positive preg tests sooner and later.

I'm scheduled for my beta 14 days after my IUI I'm not testing before then. I will test that day just to prepare myself if it didn't work. I just feel that its a waist of money to test before missed period BC you can get a false negative.

@Labluver2 You are so right, plus is a lot of stress you add constanly POAS daily. I know....I'm so guilty of that! This month, I'm going to try to be like you and not let myself get carried away with all that.

personally if I were you I'd never pee test earlier than 14dpo - my HCG takes forever to show up - usually between CD 10-12 of the next cycle after period.  I'm special like that.

I don't know that many doctors would offer the blood test before 14 dpo. Blood tests are more sensitive than pee sticks, but not by much.

I echo that it's a bad idea to POAS every day.  Waiting is so hard, but it's better to avoid the unnecessary days of disappointments.
