In my first TTC experience I felt pomegranate juice made a difference for us (was one of the few changes between unsuccessful and successful cycle... yes it may be just a coincidence). Anyway... that was 5 years ago, and I don't remember the details.
How much? Which days (in the whole WTO period, or just fertile window)?
I've read the newby stuff and searched the topic with no answers.
I don't remember what other "tricks" we used other then the pillow under the hips, so I'm open to any suggestions.

If pomegranate juice was the magic key to getting KU everyone would be told to drink it. It's full of antioxidants so just drink it whenever you want, but if you don't actually like it then not drinking it isn't going to be an issue.
I don't know anything about pomegranate juice but maybe these previous discussions will give you some resources. There were many other post about this topic but, alas, I'm nursing a hand injury and can't link them.

@leekat14 Yep, as mentioned in my post, I have read the newby guide (and actually having been on these boards for 6 years, but mostly as a lurker, and admittedly much less since the great implosion of January 2016, when I moved more to TCF, I'm not sure if I'm really a newby).
@sunniegrly I had also searched the topic, read many of the 17 pages of threads, but did not find an answer to my question (none of the threads you provided addressed my questions).
@LadyMillil I am also aware that it isn't the magic bullet, or that it may even do nothing (which I also said, in different words in my post).
@lund I have posted questions twice in the CS/Q section to have it ignored each time. Not one answer. So if you're going to insist "newbies" only post their questions there, you should probably acknowledge them. Or else we get frustrated and resort to having the audacity to start our own thread.
Anyway... thanks anyway.

If you want to join here, you need to go back and reread the newbie guide for this board and follow it. Your posts make it clear that you're actually unfamiliar with it and us. We're not Google and Pom juice isn't scientific anyways so, wild guess, one serving a day would suffice. For serving size...read the bottle.

OP uhmm... you're right. A lot has changed. The faces, little bit of newish guidelines, maybe one tiny stipulation that people intro or re-intro as the case may be. So we can get to know you!
But a lot hasn't.
I am not always on all the daily tww/wto threads, but if your question got ignored, maybe it's bc people legit had no idea who you were? We broke out the CS/Q to make questions more obvious. We even startwd a weekly thread dedicated to CS so those types of questions would get more visibility. It's not as if ppl don't want to be helpful here.
Were you making an effort to give any support to the other members on those daily threads? or more like, doing the same kind of one-off "personal google" thing over there? Only hazarding a guess. But I mean if you were actively involved in the conversation...? it would be easy enough to say, "hey guys, did you see my question? does anyone know? cos I'm still curious..." People are human. Things slip through the cracks.
But I betcha you if you had posted this in the dailies fully THREE DAYS IN A ROW with like - "Hey!?? This is the third time I'm asking this question, and I know you don't know me yet but can anyone help me??" People would have tried to help.
Even if they didn't know what to say bc really, if you want to drink pom juice, drink it! Your lining grows during the first portion of your cycle so... I mean common sense tells me, if for whatever reason you didn't want to drink it your whole cycle, concentrate on it during WTO?

I really have no idea tho, bc it sure doesn't really sound to me like you want to actually be a part of this community, or... I mean that you even LIKE us, ftm, so...
@lifeisbetteronthered Ok so you may not be "new" but you ARE new to understanding how we do things here. If you were part of our community you would know this is not how we do things. I reiterate....read the newbie guide, lurk more and participate in the appropriate threads.
Re: Pomegranate Juice, How to?
Also, I have no idea what the answer to your question is. But Google might.

First link (admittedly it's not a scientific website but Pom and pineapple are pseudoscientific anyways), second paragraph.
5th link: https://forums.thebump.com/discussion/6793732/who-drinks-pomegranite-juice-and-have-you-tried-the-fertility-smoothie
And 10th link on google search:
So, amazingly, one quick google search indicates that you should probably drink 8oz of pomegranate juice per day from CD 1 to ovulation.
