Most facial places have heated beds that adjust. My spa always inclines the bed for me so I can relax and not worry about being on my back for too long a period. My waxologist and dentist provide the same.
I can't remember if this has been asked already, but when did your first tri fatigue stop? I'm 10w1d and today and yesterday I haven't been anywhere near as tired. It is/was one of my only symptoms. I did hear the heartbeat yesterday so I'm not terribly concerned.

@ktcakes87 my doctor checked my thyroid levels early on in pregnancy, and since they were a tiny bit low, she prescribed a low dose of levothyroxine. After beginning that, my low energy was quite a bit better. That was toward the end of my first trimester, so it may just have been the energy boost you get for second trimester.

My stroller was a stroller car seat combo by baby trend and it does the job. I liked that as an infant I could put DD in her car seat and it snapped into place safely and now that she's older it acts just like a regular stroller and mine wasn't that expensive either. I'm not a fan of the toy looking ones but it's up to preference

@AMCsquared I was totally prepared to fork out some good $$ on a stroller, but ended up browsing some used sites and found the exact same one that I had been eyeing in like-new condition for over half the price! So glad I went that route, because by the time this little one arrives, DD will only be 17 months and we will be in search of a double stroller to replace the one we have now. I think it just depends on how much you are realistically going to be using it and WHERE you'll be using it. If you aren't much of a walker, or are just wanting one to walk around malls with.. personally I wouldn't be able to justify spending a lot on one. If I knew I'd be using it a lot, then I'd be more willing to spend a bit more if it meant the quality and durability would be better. one thing I loved about our stroller was that the seat could be reclined completely flat.. which was super handy for evening/nap time walks because baby could just snooze away in there and I could get out of the house. I do wish though that I had the option of positioning the handle to both front facing AND rear facing.. our handle is at the back of the stroller, so I always felt weird about the fact that everyone else could see my baby but I couldn't.
@AMCsquared I think the cheap little strollers might be nice and lightweight for travel. I have only ever had a graco jogging stroller, so I can't speak much to the benefits of the smaller ones.
Pros: The model I have worked with the graco car seat system we used (click connect) so that baby's infant seat just popped in and out of the stroller no problem. The 3 wheels are huge and absorb a lot of the bumps in the road and it's great for running, going long distances, and cutting through grass/gravel/off the walkway. Once baby outgrows the infant seat and can sit up you can just strap them into the stroller and use it without the car seat part also. It has tons of storage under the seat for diaper bag and other things, plus two cup holders and a cell phone holder for you and two cup holders and a tray on the front for a hungry little toddler. We take it to the zoo, the dog park, on 5k walks and runs, and lots of other walking-heavy adventures and have loved it!
Cons: it's a bulky and a little heavy. Not terrible but I think everyone's levels of strength and convienience are different. It fits in our trunk if there's nothing else in there. Once it was hard to push and we realized the wheels had deflated a bit so we had to find an air pump to pump them back to their usual firmness.
Overall I'm really happy with the stroller we have and I've never even thought about wanting a smaller one.
To piggyback on this question: anyone have one of those multiple position strollers? I've been looking at the graco ones that have like 12 different seating/standing arrangements for multiple kiddos. Do you like it? Is it helpful to have for a newborn and toddler?

I have the Graco 12 position stroller. My son won't Use it and it's quite frankly difficult to maneuver. I preferred our other one, but DS is just too big for that one now.

@AMCsquared we registered for a BOB more as an "I wish!" Item and were lucky enough to have my family go in on it for us (they're $700 ) and I have to say I absolutely love it. However, we will probably have to sell it or trade it for a double once babe comes, that or I'll have to do the carrier/stroller combo. But I had a lot easier time maneuvering mine over others with their tiny little wheels that seem to get stuck on everything. The click connect system is a LIFESAVER when they're tiny and makes your life soooooo much easier!
@AMCsquared I liked having the kind where the car seat can click right into it. So much easier to move a sleeping baby that way! I had the Britax B Agile. It did rip a little during a flight one time, but other than that it has held up very well over the past 3 years.

I also got a Graco that the carseat would snap into. You can't use a regular stroller until they are older and have good neck control. The one I have is very easy to click the carseat into and out of, is lightweight, and collapses easily. It wouldn't be a good jogger, but we walk, don't run. It was not expensive--I think I picked a discontinued pattern on Amazon, so it was on sale.

@AMCsquared I also have the Britax B-Agile and have been very happy with it. There is an adapter you can purchase if you have a non Britax carseat, so that it will work with your car seat (We have a Chicco car seat and with the adapter, the carseat and stroller worked together just fine.) I agree with @bkrahn , how much you spend on a stroller really depends on how much you are going to use it. We go on a long walk with our dog every evening, so ours is used daily.

I'm looking at a couple, but my favorite so far is the Uppababy Vista with the uppababy car seat that can connect to the stroller. The car seat base is super easy to install - which is a must for me. It also folds up pretty small, and you can add another seat later for another kid AND you can add one of those toddler standing attachments. I'd really like to buy just one stroller, so I don't mind going more expensive if it can be used for a long time. I live in a city and do a lot of walking, so I'll definitely need one.
Eta - it also comes with a bassinet, so I wouldn't have to buy one of those too.
I love my graco click connect stroller but it's definitely on bulkier side and takes up a lot of space. I'm definitely going to do more research this time around for a double stroller - we go out often - whether it be to the mall, zoo, play place so I need to make sure I can get it in and out of car by myself and maneuver it easily. Suggestions for a good double stroller welcome!
We have the UppaBaby Cruz, which is spendy (friends went in on it as a shower gift!). We wanted it for a few reasons: it opens and closes very easily, baby can face you or face the world, the basket is huge (and I am often walking to the grocery store and using it as my cart). We'll be getting the piggyback ride along board for DD to stand on since she'll be three by the time we start using it.
I think you spend the money if you know you're going to use it a lot. If you drive most places and use the stroller for short bursts, I would get a lighter, more compact, and cheaper one. But I knew I'd be putting miles on mine, so I went for a bigger, more maneuverable one. If I had to do it again, I may have registered for the Vista model--it is more money, but converts to a double stroller and the tires can take on anything! The cracks in our city's sidewalks can be brutal!
@breezybee I 2nd and love my uppababy! So easy to travel with if you fly a lot and so worth the price tag IMO. I had a Graco travel system in the beginning but it was way to bulky.
love it. so much stroller info!! my best friends just got one for over $1000 and i was like o0o0o0o0. it seems the general consensus is that you all like the better quality, adaptable for the car ones verses the cheapies. i like to tell myself i'll be jogging with my baby so in my mind i want to get a running one but who knows if thats even realistic.

I'm a little late to this conversation because I was soooo sick yesterday, but I have to say (because it hasn't been mentioned yet) that I love my baby jogger city select! I had a Britax B-agile with DS and it was great, but since my DS and DD are only 19 months apart I quickly needed a double stroller. The city select is great because it can be a single or a double, you just have to buy a second seat. You can easily click in your car seat (I did have to get an adapter). And this time I bought the glider board that attaches, so DS will be able to ride standing up. My sil uses hers with all three and it works great! It's pretty maneuverable and it folds up/ breaks down pretty easily.
I also want to say that I learned that new stroller models generally come out around November, so a lot of brands will discount the old model in the fall. It can save you a good amount of money on the pricier models if you can wait that long. We got the stroller with the second seat for the price of just the stroller last time.

@jkresyman so u found that u actually ran a lot with the stroller? I totally want to but I'm scared of if it's going to be too difficult or something with unknowing my body after pregnancy

@AMCsquared I don't actually run, but we go to the zoo/train museum/park/science center a lot so I am walking around somewhere with my stroller at least 3 days a week. And my DD and I will use it as a single stroller sometimes when DS is in preschool also.

@AMCsquared, I believe the recommendation is to wait to run with baby until baby is 6 months old (for spine safety) so by then you *should* be feeling pretty back to (new) normal. (Although I know some have a more difficult road to recovery than others.)
@AMCsquared as @NME44 said, they don't recommended running WITH baby until 6 months, as they have limited head control to manage the speed/bumps before then. Also, for your sake, I highly suggest you do a comprehensive core & pelvic floor restore program AND see a pelvic floor physical therapist and inform them you plan on running so they can best guide you safely back into it. Many woman have started running too early postpartum and ended up with prolapse as a result!
