Parent dinners... my parents tonight, DH tomorrow. least it's good food and both are in their houses so fairly relaxed.
Although my mom has some medical thing Drs can't figure out that is causing severe debilitating back pain, and my dad is in a boot bc he didn't realize he broke his ankle weeks ago. So that dinner is going to be me convincing them the family trip in a few weeks can be a staycation so the two of them don't try to do too much and hurt themselves more. Door County will be there later or next year.

Working and cleaning the house today. Tomorrow DH and I are going to a first birthday party for my cousins son. I'm actually excited for the bday party seeing as my son will have a 1st birthday party next August. Will be good to see what a 1st bday party looks like.
TMI, but I got a much needed wax this morning. DS spent the night with the grandparents so I'm cleaning out our guest room which has become a junk room. It will be LOs room so it must be done. I am feeling accomplished, though. We have a wedding tonight.
@mrsmatt1212 a little, but I've found that making sure you're super hydrated helps. The girl that did it was also pregnant so she did small spots and was gentle because she said she didn't want to hurt me knowing pregnancy makes you more sensitive. She also gave me a pillow to put under my back.
@SouthernMama15 That reminds me to make an appointment! Especially with summer around the corner.

Went to Target this afternoon which is always entertaining. Got some cute maternity dresses and got out of there only buying one A&A sleeper My birthday is Monday, so DH and I are celebrating this weekend! Making homemade sushi tonight...I'm ridiculously excited.
Just came from my first shower! I'm a dance teacher and my mom and studio owner threw it for me, it was attended by students and their mamas. I got so many cute things, mostly books. I'm going to go take things off my registry asap.
This weekend I'm relaxing and going to (try to) catch up with what happened on the bump this week. It's been snowing off and on here so definitely having a movie weekend with DH and relaxing from the stress my dogs have put us through this week.
I'm in Sydney and here's already Monday. :'( I pretty much missed my whole weekend between the 23hrs travel time and time change. On my way to the office...
I am Mom-ing SO hard this week! Monday I am getting birthday stuff together for my son's party this weekend. Tuesday is my son's 9th birthday, so I'll bring cupcakes and koolaid to his class to celebrate. Wednesday he has his first appointment with vision therapy, and I have to sign my little girl up for kindergarten (cue the tears)! Thursday I'm running errands for my business. Friday I am watching my son's class for the Teacher Appreciation Luncheon. Saturday, it's birthday party day!

I missed her undergrad graduation bc I was in labor with DS, so I can't wait to be there this time for her!
