It is time June ladies!

Since mobile bumping sucks and we have two June babies a few of us are ready to make the jump to fb. @itsfine and myself will be happy to set up a Facebook page for us. That does not automatically make us admins, we can work that out once we get our core members. All we need now is for you to PM us if interested. Please note we will be looking at your participation on threads and not just liking pictures or comments. If we aren't sure about your activity we will reach out to other regulars to see what they think. I am open to all input as well, just figured this would be an easy way to start. I will start setting up the group tonight and set @itsfine as an admin so she can add people too. Please let me know if I am missing/over looking anything!

I just want to add that if anyone is concerned about privacy of the group, it will be a secret group that will no one will be able to see that you are part of.

This. You can also lock down a lot of your settings on facebook to make your individual page more private if you feel you need to.

Another bump group turned Facebook group I'm in added a spreadsheet to the Facebook group similar to what we already have here, but with a column for Bump screen names as well.

ETA: if you are concerned about what your non-FB friends can see of your profile. On Facebook...

On Desktop: go to Settings>Public Posts> You can edit some setting here and at the bottom there is a link "Want to know what followers can see? View your public timeline." You can then figure out what you need to change from "Public" to "Friends"

On Mobile: go to Settings>Public Posts>You can edit some settings here

The spreadsheet is a good idea especially in beginning. My 2011 group members can barely remember what their own screen names were lol, eventually we just became "regular" people/friends. Hopefully the same happens with this group.
