R/R: last night I was so tired and I huge wave of nausea hit me and threw up a lot. This exact thing happened to me in my previous pregnancy so I thought maybe I would get a BFP. Hahahha nope. This morning I have cramps and a backache so AF should be here tonight or tomorrow. Silly, Brady, thinking this would ACTUALLY be the month. 2 more cycles until I can go for IF testing. I can't believe we are here.
CS/Q: nada
GTKY: What is your perfect vacation? Beach, boardwalk, shopping, delicious food.
Testing: Usually I dont test until I am late, but I will test the day of my next RE appt on the 26th (12 DPO)
R/R: Ugh, its Monday. I sooooooo dont wanna go to work today.
CS/Q:
GTKY: What is your perfect vacation?
Oh god I have no idea. Travel is my thing so...I dunno. I mean, I dont like to repeat vacations, so I would go somewhere I havent gone before. I am not huge into the Caribbean or beaches so I wouldnt do that. I dunno- Vietnam? Cambodia? Morocco? South Africa? Bali? India? Russia? Scandinavia? Argentina? Chile?
...all of the above. My perfect vacation would be an all expenses paid 2 year long trip around the world. Boom. Done.
R/R: Had a really nice relaxing weekend with my husband! I introduced him to Moulin Rouge and he loved it, which was a relief since I saw it 20+ times in the theater back in the day!
CS/Q: Nope, having a quiet symptomless TWW so far.
GTKY: Our honeymoon was pretty much my perfect vacation. We did two weeks in England and Scotland and I got to do a ton of research beforehand, which paid off in a packed itinerary where we saw so many neat things! I've never been into vacations where you just sit around and relax, I would always rather be seeing the sights.
Testing: probably the day before my follow up RE appt. On the 25th so 24th if I can manage to hold out that long, which looks like I'll probably be able to as I have no cramping or pain in my sides yet like I usually do by now so SS here.
R/R: last day of my 4 day weekend and I'm going to try to get as much done as possible, but just not feeling it. We did get some flowers planted around the house this weekend though and it looks great.
CS/Q:
GTKY: What is your perfect vacation? Beach for sure. We love the beach, but we try to go to different ones each year. I just love vacation in general and not having to think about my responsibilities for a while.
R/R: Not in the mood to Monday today but really excited about this week! I have my OB appt tomorrow with a new Dr and I'm really hoping I like her. It also makes TTC feel so much more real! We are also closing on our house this Wednesday. So it's going to be a busy eventful week.
CS/Q: Nope, one week wait until AF now.
GTKY: What is your perfect vacation? I've always dreamed of going to the Maldives and staying in one of those tikis that sit over the water. I'm determined to make it happen one day!
@kiwi2628 I feel you on not wanting to work today.
@LaurenEG14 My BIL just moved from Australia back to the UK and I'm so disappointed I never got a chance to go visit him while he lived there!
@Augusta108 Where was your favorite town on your trip? I did two weeks in England and France a few years ago. Other then Paris I loved Yorkshire. DH and I will probably be going back to the England within the next year and I really want to do Scotland or Ireland as well.
@kaitlink33 Hope you are enjoying your 4 day weekend!!
@Brooklyngirl6 sorry for the bfn. @kiwi2628 I don't travel much, but when I do I like to go to different places too. @RVAmom315 sorry about CD1, please treat yourself.
Month/Cycle: 13/12 (2/2, 1/1 AL)
CD/DPO: 18/3
Timing: -4,-3,-1,O
Testing: Maybe the 26th or 27th.
R/R: My doctor wants me on progesterone suppositories after O so now I'll call him today for them. Why is it that I have a so many questions after we talked about it. For the ladies that are on progesterone, would anyone like to share what it costs? I will be paying OOP so I'm trying to mentally be prepared.
CS/Q:Nope, not temping this cycle. Relying on OPKs and CM.
GTKY: What is your perfect vacation? Well it needs to have great food, and lots of adventure. I would love to go to Rome someday and travel around Italy.
Hello all, this is my first time in the TWW thread, Happy Monday!
Month/Cycle: 7
CD/DPO:22/3
Timing:-4, -3, -1, O, +1
Testing: not yet
R/R: It was a beautiful weekend here and spend a lot of time outside enjoying it.
CS/Q:
GTKY: What is your perfect vacation? I love vacations that are a mix of relaxing, adventures and site seeing. Costa Rica is my number spot right now that I want to go.
@kiwi2628 After reading yours, I like your perfect vacation as well! @brooklyngirl6 Sorry for the BFN @laureneg14 Australia sounds amazing, I'm not sure how I would like that long of a plane ride now, its hard for me to see for extended periods of time. @augusta108 Moulin Rouge is one of my favorite movies. One of my best friends and I met because of that movie. In college she always did movie quotes on her board on her door and I got the Moulin Rouge one correct. @kaitlink33 Hope you enjoy your last day of your long weekend. @dilynne Friday sounded rough, I hope you're able to get some rest today!
ETA for some reason my user name has changed. I was under 5099Peperk, I changed it back so hopefully the rest of my posts will go under my other name.

Brooklyngirl6 Ugh. I got sick on 8 DPO last month and thought
I was KU as well… nope, sick and AF showed on 9 DPO. That said 9 DPO is still
early… but ugh.
Dilynne Wow,
that does sound like a rough night. Hope you get a nap.
mispanda I’ll
be curious to hear about the progesterone suppositories. With my short LP, I
see them in my future! Hope they aren’t pricey and that they work!
Month/Cycle: 3/3
CD/DPO: 20/3
Timing: 0, -1, -2, -4, (and I’m just mentioning -6
because this was A LOT of effort on my part)
Testing: Lol, I won’t need to… my luteal phase won’t
even make double digits!
R/R: RANT: DH was horrendous last night. Beyond
irritated. RAVE: Happy my temp went up and I have CHs on FF today!
CS/Q: This cycle was crazy, so I am sure I will have
some!
GTKY: What is your perfect vacation? A safari or
somewhere I could see a bunch of animals in their natural environments. I’d
also like to be without DH (see Rant).
R/R: I'm kinda cranky today. I hate being cranky. We had sex last night and I was spotting afterwards. Hope it was just from sex but thinking it's not. Af is suppose to be here Friday so it would be really soon to be spotting but "you're regular until you start TTC".
CS/Q:
GTKY: What is your perfect vacation? Sleep sun and not too much talking
Me 27 DF 44 TTC post VR Sept 21/16 SA 6 weeks post op 50.7 mil count 40% motility
Testing: I'm sure I'll cave in the next couple days.
R/R: We are totally out of the groove with TTC stuff the last couple months. We had some disruptions a couple months ago, and I have not gotten back into my routine. Between that and DH's new job (started a couple months ago, coincidentally), our timing has been super sparse, and I've been forgetting to temp. I'm quite sure this cycle will be no different, and I have no one to blame but ourselves. However, I did just book our vacation for next year, AND I made plans to give away a bunch of DS' old baby clothes (to old BFF's pregnant daughter that I posted about last week...I felt bad; she can use it more than me at this point). Is this enough to jinx myself into a BFP?? lol
CS/Q: Nope.
GTKY: What is your perfect vacation? Being a major introvert, I truly love a deserted beach and places with few people. I just booked our vacation for next year to just such a place. It's a return trip as we went there last year and fell in love with it. Lots of relaxing and exploring and not having to be "on" make a wonderful trip for me.
Testing: Only if AF still hasn't shown by my appt on the 25th
R/R: Eh, the typical Monday crap. Also, my chart is all kinds of funky, and FF has my (dotted) CL way high, which has been messing with my head since it makes it look like all of my post-O temps have been hovering right on or under CL. I'm really about to just give up on temping for the rest of this cycle, ugh.
CS/Q: Only if you want to see a really ugly chart...
GTKY: What is your perfect vacation? It would have to be somewhere where I can sit and lay on the beach if I want to, but also have places to explore as well.
R/R: had a really great time with family and friends last night! Tons of cleaning up after though
CS/Q: tried to post in the CS thread but mobile won't let me post a picture.
GTKY: What is your perfect vacation? Disney!!! Or maybe an Alaska cruise. Or Scotland. Can't make up my mind.

CS/Q:
GTKY: What is your perfect vacation? Someone above mentioned their honeymoon was England and Scotland. If we had taken a honeymoon, we wanted to do England, Ireland, and Scotland. So I'm thinking that, though I can't be sure. My semester abroad in Australia was amazing so a vacation to any part of Australia would also be up there.
@Brooklyngirl6 Sorry for the BFN @kiwi2628 The weekend went by waaay too quickly. Ugh. @RVAmom315 Sorry for CD 1 @LaurenEG14 Australia is amazing! @Augusta108 I love Moulin Rouge too! I'm pretty sure DH wouldn't be a fan though so I will avoid having him watch it with me! Haha. @kaitlink33 Hope your long weekend has been good so far! @Dilynne You definitely deserve a nap. @JJMNO1616 Hoping you love your new OB! @mispanda Dang it, forgot to mention great food is a vacation requirement for me too! @labgrand2012 Yay for nice weather on a weekend! @EmilyLove25 Ugh, sorry about YH being irritating. @flashley-2 FX it's not AF spotting! @alysapuggles Ohh, a vacation fit for an introvert sounds amazing. I didn't even think of that! @Pinky917 Sorry about the wonky chart. @shortstack930 The cleaning up after is the worst!
@shortstack930 even though it is not a perfect vacation for me (because, beaches) I would really like to go on an Alaska cruise.
Month/Cycle: 1/1
CD/DPO: 27/10
Timing: Good
Testing: Will test Friday or Saturday as I have a big wine drinking party I am supposed to go to Saturday night.
R/R: We did our taxes last night and realized we finally have enough deductions to itemize meaning a slightly better tax outlook than we thought.
CS/Q: tl;dr - Just out of curiosity, what BBT thermometer do you have and do you ever question its accuracy? I started with a Babico and found it was giving inconsistent readings (sometimes my temp was below 95 degrees and then I would retake and it would be 97+) -- it also had no back light which made it very hard to read. I bought an iSnow-Med and am liking it much better and it seems more accurate. I did some experiments putting both thermometers in my mouth several times and they were quite different. Plus the Babico would vary by as much as .2 from reading to reading, whereas the iSnow stayed within .02 from reading to reading.
GTKY: What is your perfect vacation? Somewhere warm but not crazy hot and also near a beach. I like to mix up relaxing, great food, and the opportunity for fun activities. We went to Jamaica last spring and that was perfect.
R/R: I'm actually having a really shitty attitude this cycle. I'm getting annoyed at what I perceive to be my husband's lack of effort and of my not getting KTFU. I'm entering that bitter Betty phase of TTC where I openly hate pregnant people and their newborns. I know it's unfair and I know it's stupid, but today, that's how I feel. Plus it's Monday and I'm super busy this week and I'm just effing pissed about everything. Sorry guys - I am NO fun today
CS/Q: No
GTKY: What is your perfect vacation? I would literally go anywhere but here today lol. But I'd love to go back to Italy this summer, but go north instead of south. Cinque Terra, and back to Tuscan wine country, Lake Como, etc. It's so freaking gorgeous there and the food is superb! And of course, I'd love to be there for a month, at least.
So I have to be the person that only posts my own TWW without responses, but I'll try to come back later and do that. I read everyone's and all of your vacation ideas sound so fun. I am sorry to you all who got BFN's and CD1's
@mispanda I was told progesterone suppositories were expensive and opted for pio instead. My pio is $150 for 3 vials which will last about 30 days. This was a poor decision on my part because pio is the actual devil. Knowing what I know now I'd definitely opt for suppositories.
Month/Cycle: 24/18ish
CD/DPO: 5dp5pt
Timing: FET on April 12th.
Testing: beta on 4/26
R/R: I am on the struggle bus today. I am having symptoms that I know can be attributed to the estrogen and progesterone that I am on. But of course that makes me feel like I am not having enough symptoms and making me feel negative. Ugh. Hopefully I can make it through this week without testing.

I'm really sorry @Brooklyngirl6 I know the feeling Same @kiwi2628 All of those places and for a couple years. Boom bam done. Lame, to say the least @RVAmom315 Sorry homey. @Augusta108 My husband refuses to watch any type of musical, so hats off to you! @kaitlink33 Good for you, being all productive! I literally did NOTHING yesterday and now I feel like such a loser. @Dilynne OMG I'm so sory about your sleep issues. Not sleeping makes me want to DIE. Ugh, you poor thing. @JJMNO1616 Yes! You're almost done with the house closing! @mispanda Rome and Florence had literally the best food I've ever had in my life. Italy is a must go! And you have to be prepared to just eat and drink all the freaking things! Take me baaaaack! @EmilyLove25 Dude, I feel you on the annoying ass DH. They are such pains in the ass sometimes. @flashley-2 Your vacation sounds so great to me. Sometimes I just want to go somewhere by myself and not have to talk to anyone. Just read and nap and eat. @alysapuggles Haha, I tried to jinx myself by booking a weekend in Vegas next month. We'll see how both of our jinxs work out, huh? And thanks for the hugs
@zamora_spin I'm not thermometer expert (the one I used is a cheap one from amazon) but there are heat pockets under your tongue. If the two thermometers are not in the same area, it is understandable that they would have a very small difference. I would just suggest you take your temperature in the same spot under your tongue every morning.
@JJMNO1616 You must be so excited to start TTC next week! Were you waiting until after you bought a house to start trying or did you and YH just decide on end of April? @Augusta108 I love Moulin Rouge! When DH and I first started dating, I introduced it to him as well. Thankfully he liked it too. It might have been a deal breaker if he hadn't lol @alysapuggles LOL to the comment about the baby clothes! Sorry you and YH have been struggling to get into a good TTC groove. @Pinky917 FF chooses the weirdest temps for the CH. Mine is super low this cycle, which makes my pre-O temps look high.
Month/Cycle: 5/3, 3/2 AL
CD/DPO: 21/3 or 4
Timing: Good
Testing: April 27th, if AF doesn't come first
R/R: Spent this past weekend cleaning, painting, and packing up the remaining items in the apartment. We have to be all moved out by Friday. I'm so ready to be doing moving, and to get all settled in the new home.
CS/Q: FF and I disagree on what day I ovulated. I think I'm only 3 DPO but FF thinks I'm 4 DPO - because the CH is a super low temp. The issue is, I only have 2 days of high temps, as I accidentally slept through my alarm Sunday so I don't know if FF is right or not.
GTKY: What is your perfect vacation? My perfect vacation is one where I can explore sights, i.e. go visit to famous landmarks, but also get to relax by a pool/the ocean. I'm thinking Italy, Spain, and Australia would be my top choices that meet those requirements.
@breezybee sorry you've hit the cynical staget of TTC, I got there about a year or so ago and have never left hugs to you, girl. @tamalahoops I've had no symptoms this cycle either when usually I'd be cramping by yesterday or day before with a gradual increase in the intensity. This month though, nothing. I start thinking I'm totally out then I think wait this is different so maybe I'm KU....I've been trying to keep the BSC down as I know at this point it's not what it means FX your transfer worked and you have a snugly little bean in there, though!
@Augusta108 That sounds absolutely lovely! I'd love to go to England and Scotland sometime.
@Dilynne Sorry about your rough night, hopefully today doesn't drag for you.
@flashley-2 I believe you asked me on Friday, but I had P&G. We are planning May 19th, 2018 for our wedding. Also sorry for the rough day, I've got my FX that it's not AF being sneaky.
Testing: Maybe this weekend. It's likely too early, but I'll probably do it anyway.
R/R: Had the best day trip with my nephews on Saturday. We took them to a big toy store. They were fussy at first because they just wanted to play with the train table, but once we got them moving through the store there wasn't a single thing they didn't want. LOL
CS/Q:
GTKY: What is your perfect vacation? Ever since I was little my dad would tell us stories about his time in the Air Force and all the countries he got to visit. Through his stories I became enthralled in Japan, so going their would be my perfect vacation.

@labgrand2012 TB has been doing some really weird things with people's names lately!
@flashley-2 I commonly spot after sex so FX that's all it was!
@darkrose88 I started a new job in Dec so my inital plan was to start TTC in Feb/March because I have to hit one year before I qualify for FML. I also didn't want my boss knowing I was KU before I was past my probation phase which is this June. However, I found out shortly after I started that there is also a 30 day "notice" required before I go on FML and no one (who I felt comfortable talking to) could tell me if I could provide the 30 days before my 1yr mark and still qualify. So I'm trying to time TTC to allow for at least 1 year and 1 month just to be safe. I'm not worried about them firing me but if I don't get the FML coverage I will have to pay out of pocket for my medical coverage while out on maternity which is over $600 a month just for me. I also have the better coverage so having the baby and birth under my insurance instead of DH would be ideal.
Testing: cheapies starting this weekend - any takers?

GTKY: What is your perfect vacation? skiing Whistler, followed by a wonderful spa session, a fabulous dinner overlooking the mountains and a fire roaring in a fireplace in a room of a cozy 5 star lodge hotel with some gorgeous bordeaux wine and a big old bubble bath with DH haha
@brooklyngirl6 sorry you think AF is coming, but glad you are ready for IF testing and to get some answers
@kiwi2628 we are going to Vietnam in 2019 with DH's family and I am so darn excited!!!
@breezybee im so sorry that you are having a hard cycle. Have definitely been where you are and it is not fun. We all do the best that we can every day. Feel how you feel and do you *hugs*
@soraLK this weekend is definitely too early for me but I can never hold out so if you want to be masochists together? lol
@JJMNO1616 That makes perfect sense to me! I don't think they could legally fire you for getting pregnant, but FMLA is tricky. **TW** A friend of mine actually started at a new company about a year before she had her first baby. I think she started working at the beginning of June, and ended up having the baby, mid-June the next year. She did not have any issues with getting FMLA, but each company is different. So better to be on the safe side! **End TW**
Hi ladies! Hope its ok that I'm jumping on here, I usually hang out on the IF board, but I'm so excited to finally be in the TWW for the first time I thought I'd also pop over here!

CS/Q: I got nothin...? (what does this mean?)
GTKY: What is your perfect vacation? DH and I alternate between trips to a beach or a cruise where we drink heavily and just hang out on a beach or by the pool etc and trips where we sightsee and do lots of walking tours. I think my perfect trip would be a month long, 2 weeks of both kinds of vacations! We did a Stonehenge tour where you actually got to go into the inner circle at sunset instead of getting to just walk around the outer ring, its one of my favorite things we've done on a trip ever! Any trip to London is a winner for me, its been my favorite city since I was in college and studied abroad in the UK.
@darkrose88 I know I am probably being way overly cautious but there was also this fear of "what happens if the baby comes early" or "what if I need to go on bedrest" and a bunch of other catastrophic thinking that made me decide to wait. I'm full steem ahead, GDTPT now though!
@JuliaGoolia719 Welcome! Cs/Q is chart stalk/questions. I highly reccomend reading the newbie guide and doing a quick intro on the newbie thread for this week too! Things are structured a little differently here than on the if board but I actually like this one a bit more.

@breezybee It's ok to feel like that. I've been feeling that way for months. I swear wherever I go there are pregnant ladies everywhere and they feel like complaining about everything. I totally want to tp them most of the time because I would do anything for those symptoms. Being jealous makes me a bitch.
I'm really happy there are so many Moulin Rouge fans on this board! I have some hipster friends who love to sneer at it, so I'm always happy to find kindred spirits.
@LaurenEG14, I'd love to go see Australia someday, especially if we could work New Zealand into the trip. I've wanted to try the ZORB ever since seeing it on The Amazing Race!
@JJMNO1616, it's hard to choose a favorite place from all the places we went, but I'd love to get back to Fort William in Scotland someday! We only stayed a single night before riding the Jacobite Steam Train (a must for Harry Potter fans), but we stayed in an absolutely perfect B&B with gorgeous views of Ben Nevis. I'd love to go back at a warmer time of year and get to do some hiking and exploring!
@mispanda, Rome is on my "must see someday" list too. I actually took Italian in college, though I'm pretty sure it's too rusty to be useful now!
@labgrand2012, yay for Moulin Rouge bringing people together! I have always been sad that my best friend "hates" it because she was forced to watch it under less than ideal circumstances when it first came out. I've been trying to coax her into giving it another try for the last ten years. Someday I'll wear her down.
@EmilyLove25, sorry about your DH being horrendous last night! And fingers crossed your luteal phase makes it to double digits.
@MJDsquared, I was a little concerned about having DH watch Moulin Rouge with me, but fortunately he genuinely liked it. He even told me afterwards that if I want to put up one of my Moulin Rouge posters I still have from college somewhere in the apartment I can. If I do, I guess I'll go with the windmill and not the giant one of Ewan McGregor, though...Not sure what he'd say about that one!
@Breezybee, I actually got DH to watch two musicals in a row! We started with Jesus Christ Superstar for Easter and then moved onto Moulin Rouge. (Yes, a fairly odd double feature.)
Thanks @mispanda. I went to my therapist today and just UNLOADED my frustration and anger about the whole thing. It's fucking tough and not fun at all.

Timing: -4, -2
Testing: 12 DPO
R/R: Had a really nice relaxing weekend with my husband! I introduced him to Moulin Rouge and he loved it, which was a relief since I saw it 20+ times in the theater back in the day!
CS/Q: Nope, having a quiet symptomless TWW so far.
GTKY: Our honeymoon was pretty much my perfect vacation. We did two weeks in England and Scotland and I got to do a ton of research beforehand, which paid off in a packed itinerary where we saw so many neat things! I've never been into vacations where you just sit around and relax, I would always rather be seeing the sights.
CD/DPO: 23/6 or 7?
Timing: meh
CD/DPO: 22/5
Timing: -3, -2
Testing: We'll see.
R/R: I had a rough night Friday. It was 7:30 AM before I finally fell asleep but only slept til 9:30. I already need a nap
CS/Q:
GTKY: What is your perfect vacation?
Honestly, just going to either of our family cabins is perfect for me.
Married: 04/05/15
TTC since: 02/16/16
CD/DPO: 20/6
R/R: Not in the mood to Monday today but really excited about this week! I have my OB appt tomorrow with a new Dr and I'm really hoping I like her. It also makes TTC feel so much more real! We are also closing on our house this Wednesday. So it's going to be a busy eventful week.
CS/Q: Nope, one week wait until AF now.
GTKY: What is your perfect vacation? I've always dreamed of going to the Maldives and staying in one of those tikis that sit over the water. I'm determined to make it happen one day!
@brooklyngirl18 So sorry about the BFN.
@brooklyngirl6 Sorry for the BFN
@laureneg14 Australia sounds amazing, I'm not sure how I would like that long of a plane ride now, its hard for me to see for extended periods of time.

I got sick on 8 DPO last month and thought I was KU as well… nope, sick and AF showed on 9 DPO. That said 9 DPO is still early… but ugh.
LaurenEG14kiwi2628 Mondays are just a no.
Dilynne Wow, that does sound like a rough night. Hope you get a nap.
mispanda I’ll be curious to hear about the progesterone suppositories. With my short LP, I see them in my future! Hope they aren’t pricey and that they work!
Month/Cycle: 3/3
CD/DPO: 20/3
Timing: 0, -1, -2, -4, (and I’m just mentioning -6 because this was A LOT of effort on my part)
Testing: Lol, I won’t need to… my luteal phase won’t even make double digits!
R/R: RANT: DH was horrendous last night. Beyond irritated. RAVE: Happy my temp went up and I have CHs on FF today!
CS/Q: This cycle was crazy, so I am sure I will have some!
GTKY: What is your perfect vacation? A safari or somewhere I could see a bunch of animals in their natural environments. I’d also like to be without DH (see Rant).

CD/DPO: 24/8
Timing: -3, 0
Testing: Nope
@Augusta108 your Honeymoon sounds amazing!
@Dilynne sorry for your crappy Friday night
CS/Q:

@Augusta108 I love Moulin Rouge! When DH and I first started dating, I introduced it to him as well. Thankfully he liked it too. It might have been a deal breaker if he hadn't lol
@alysapuggles LOL to the comment about the baby clothes!
@tamalahoops I've had no symptoms this cycle either when usually I'd be cramping by yesterday or day before with a gradual increase in the intensity. This month though, nothing. I start thinking I'm totally out then I think wait this is different so maybe I'm KU....I've been trying to keep the BSC down as I know at this point it's not what it means
@kiwi2628 That would be the dream! 2 years of all expense paid travel! I'd do it.
@RVAmom315 Sorry for AF. *hugs*

CS/Q:

We did a Stonehenge tour where you actually got to go into the inner circle at sunset instead of getting to just walk around the outer ring, its one of my favorite things we've done on a trip ever!
