@Tops Yay for good results at your appointment! You're making me even more anxious for mine later this month haha. FX they get you KU real quick! @Kate437 Oh no, I'm so sorry. Hugs to you.
Testing this morning at 11dpo and got a bfp. Can't exactly let myself celebrate though because my RE immediately sent me for blood work and when the nurse called she said I was definitely pregnant but that my beta came back at 11, which they said was low and "of some concern" but then said it may just be because I am really early. So Im not sure what to think. The excitement is on hold until Saturday's re-test to confirm if levels are rising. I'm just praying like crazy the little bean hangs in there.

Hi everyone! I'm still starting to get to know you all and your stories, which means I'm lurking more than writing since I don't have much excitement going on.
Benched since my last surgical hysteroscopy (3/21) and have been on estradiol since then. Provera starts on Tuesday, which is exciting because that always makes me feel like I'm in the home stretch! After that, it's FX for a heavier period than last month!
I'm still trying to get things sorted out with my doctors/surgeons as far as our plan from here on out goes. The surgeon said after my last surgery that she may just want us to TTC after the medicated cycle, but she also said we could take a peek (another hysteroscopy) to make sure everything healed well. I am a fan of peeking for reassurance, and we said we would try for a hysteroscopy in April. Apparently April is booked up, so May 23 was the next available date. Ugh. So I'm trying to see whether my doctors are okay with us TTC this month and if unsuccessful, then we take that peek in late May. Just in case, I started taking prenatal vitamins again.

@kd0202 I'm so glad to hear that your betas are rising. Hoping you hit those triple digits soon!
@weareturtles I hope you can get a plan all straightened out soon. I know I always feel better with one. Are hysterscopies really difficult/invasive? My doc has talked about the possibility of having one to check for endo but RE hasn't really mentioned it yet.

Hysteroscopies are not inherently difficult/invasive. Docs may be able to do them in office with some pain meds and local anesthesia, though I've needed surgical hysteroscopies 3 times now and those I needed to be under general anesthesia. I would honestly advise anyone with infertility issues or miscarriage to get one to make sure everything is evacuated. D&C is how I ended up with adhesions, so I cannot say I will ever get one again. Not worth the risk.
Recovery is pretty easy - For the most part, I didn't need pain meds post op for the most part and was back to work next day.

@weareturtles thanks for the reply! This is something that I definitely plan to discuss with my RE in a few weeks. I did have a miscarriage and a D&C and have been unsuccessful for over a year now TTC. I am worried about scaring or the possibility of endo.

Yeah, I would definitely push for it! When I miscarried and had a D&C, they had no intentions of tracking my progress. I insisted on tracking my HCG and it didn't go down. Then on an ultrasound, I noted a mass and pushed for a hysteroscopy. There was a ton of retained tissue that was removed, but they didn't look beyond that tissue to notice all the scarring in the fundus of my uterus but they didn't see the left ostea (hole to fallopian tube). I've been on a rollercoaster, but being a doctor myself (albeit for animals), I feel I was at a bit of an advantage and and all of the advocating I did for myself is the reason I'm not in your position. They didn't think it was unusual that 3 months after my MC I had no period! But that is not normal!
Good luck! I really hope you get answers and resolution soon!
