and my boy, Ozzy. He is my shadow. Follows me like he's a dog everywhere. He is currently sleeping next to me on my pillow. Poor thing ous going to be heartbroken when we start locking him out at night.

@av2323 my dad has a red heeler! He's amazing and crazy but I love him so much. He's a big clown. They are great dogs! He also has a blue heeler, also great dogs but not as goofy.

My girls, the white one is Lola and I've had her since she was 2 months old. She'll be 12 this summer. She was my first baby and I can't imagine life without her! She adores DS.

The black/brown one is Dilly, she was a rescue and had a hard life before us. We still have to be careful even after 4 years about raising voices around her or really sudden movements. Needless to say she's not a fan of toddler life. But she's a love, just wants nothing more than your affection and to snuggle

This is Liza! We rescued her through a rescue organization who found her at a high kill shelter in Arkansas, brought her to Tennessee, and then transported her to us in NYC. I think she was 8 weeks when we got her and it totally makes me sad to think of what happened to her in those 8 weeks, but I'm so glad we have her. She's pretty stupid but super sweet

We think she's a fox terrier/chihuahua mix, and she just turned 7! These pics are from when she was about 6 months old and a couple years old. She's currently kind of fat lol.

This is our pup Lexi she is 9 and the sweetest cuddle bug ever. We've only had her 1 year but we have know her for her whole life as she was my SIL's dog. She came to live with us last March and I can't imagine not having her now! She is definitely our first baby!

@elsieisamoocow your fur baby looks a lot like my first fur baby. Hes not really stupid, but he's scared of pretty much everything. He's super sweet though.

Best thread ever! This is Bill. Our 9 year old lab. He is the absolute best side kick to our family! My husband actually trains gundogs profesionally so we have a LOT of dogs in our lives...but this guy is our #1! We say that Bill has 3 cats because he loves them and cares for them. Lol he honsetly spends more time with them than we do! Haha. Their names are Ollie, SC, and Hairbow (named by our younest who originally named the cat Bo until "he" turned out to be "she" at the first vet visit! Lol)

It's not Friday anymore but I NEED to participate! We have 3 rescued babies! Sorry they're huge, on mobile. We have a German Shepherd named Stella, a lab/dachshund mix Bella and our cat Felicia (DH likes to leave for work and shout "Bye Felicia!") Surprisingly they all love DD and she loves them!

We have 2 dogs and a cat. They're all between 4.5 and almost 4 years old. They absolutely love babies (even ones they've never met yet) it's a lot of fun to see how they react to them. I absolutely love these three

New fave thread I don't have any pets but I LOVE all of yours!
We decided we would love a dog , but we travel to Greece for a month every summer and wouldn't want to traumatized an animal by hauling them back and forth like that or leave them in a kennel/at a friends house/at our house with someone only coming into visit once a day so until we tone down the travels it's not fair to get a dog. Also, we have 4 children in our house and I'm not even sure how I remember to feed them some days so a dog's probably not a great idea while I have so much on my plate.

How did I miss this! Far past friday, but still posting!

This is my first baby, Luke! He is the best big brother and him and DS1 are best friends. Couldn't ask for a better dog for our kiddos!

He used to be able to jump extremely high and one time jumped from the ground up to the top of my dresser (a good 5 feet) and grabbed a couple hundred dollars and chewed it to shreds. Aside from that mishap he is a pretty good boy!

@ugoglencoco after the one and only Liza Minnelli, of course! About a year after we got her I was pissed at myself for naming her that because I would have totally named a daughter that instead! But now Eliza has gotten pretty popular so it's for the best

@ugoglencoco we definitely would have been good friends as kids haha!! My favorite pastime was basically putting on Broadway shows/ice skating/gymnastic/dance routines in my backyard.

And now I need to watch Cabaret.

I have 2 dogs and 2 cats as well as volunteering at an animal rescue. Doc says she would be amazed if my kid has animal allergies lol!

My kitty is having boundary issues today. He heard me coughing and knew I was awake and started meowing outside our bedroom door. I picked him up and he rubbed his face all over me, he's so cute! Buttt then he pushed his way into the bathroom with me which he does every morning. We all need our space, cat.

@DuchessOfCambridge my cat is like that all the time! We lock him out of our room at night otherwise he tries to sleep on my face. Now that he can't get in, he paws at our door all night long trying to break in

@mparm91 we let him sleep with us at the start of the night but once he wakes up and starts walking on us and running around, we have to kick him out. I wish he'd sleep the whole night, it's so cute
