Can't agree on a girls name

siblings are Harrison nn Harry and Theodore nn Teddy. This one is a girl and we can't agree on anything. Anastasia Lily is a front runner but I'm not sure if I'm sold on it. Nn would be Annie. My husband likes Penelope but I don't like Penny for a nn and I'm not sure if Ella, or Ellie would be too much of a stretch as nns. I also like Jessa, Kailyn, Matilda, and Molly but my husband doesn't like those. We both like Hannah but don't know about that with Harry and then Teddy being the only non-H name. We're trying to stay on the classic side but nothing super popular. Any suggestions appreciated.

    I really like Penelope and I think Ella or Ellie would be a reasonable Nick name although I love Penny. I also like Matilda from your list that seems to go well with your sons. Hannah is nice but I don't know it's on par with Harrison and Theodore.

    Love Anastasia nn Annie. Isn't poppy a nn for Penelope? I love poppy as a nn. What about Lorelei? Nn Rory of Lori. Or Winnifred nn Winnie?

    I like Anastasia Lily a lot. I've heard Ellie, Ella, and Elle as NNs for Penelope, and I think they work fine. I agree with avoiding another H or T name to avoid a one-out feeling with your other kids names. Other suggestions...

    Penelope nn Poppy gets my vote. Anastasia is NMS. From your list I love Matilda.

    Love love love Anastasia.

    I like Penelope but would use Poppy. I'm so over Ellie at this point almost every other name I hear is followed up with we will use the nn Ellie.

    Love your names and both were on our boys list. I personally love Adelaide for a girl but unfortunately it has a negative association in our city so I can't use it. The nickname "Lady" is the cutest! Especially amongst 2 brothers.

    I don't really think Anastasia goes with the other two siblings but it's also nms. I think Penelope goes a little better. Hannah is nice too and it doesn't really bother me that two sibs would have an H name and one wouldn't.

    I do think Ella or Ellie  is a bit of a stretch as a nickname for Penelope. I wouldn't have thought of that. I do love Penelope has a full name with the nickname is penny or poppy. And both of those would go very well with your sons names. I really just like the name Anastasia.  Out of all of the names that you listed I would go with Penelope or Hannah. I think Hannah is beautiful and also goes really well with your sons names

    I like Penelope, nn Poppy a lot...Anastasia not so much. Also like good, old fashioned 
    "Anna" (instead of Hannah, as I agree that having only one child with a non-H name would feel a bit strange.) Perhaps Annabel or Annabeth?

    We have a Penelope. We rarely shorten her name, but when we do we call her Opie, like from The Andy Griffith Show. 

    I love Anastasia with the nickname Annie.

    I'd go with something that doesn't have an "e" sound at the end of the nickname.
