1. It's Friday! 2. I have the day off today. Thank you Cesar Chavez! 3. Tomorrow is April! Whaaaaaaaaaaaat?!?! 4. DH is (hopefully) making me breakfast in bed as I requested yesterday. 5. I'm finally going to visit a friend who had a baby in the beginning of February. I feel like a horrible friend for waiting so long, but I had that ugly sinus infection so it was best for me to stay away.
1. DH I said home tonight so I don't have to solo parent!! 2. My mom is coming next Wednesday so last night was my last night of solo parenting for at least 2 months! 3. I'm planning to nap after work. 4. I had sex last night got the first time since AUGUST. 5. I think my irl friend is going to have her baby today! (Yesterday she was 4cm, had membrane sweep since it was her edd and was super cramps after)
1. I have a Friday off 2. It's payday 3. Getting my toes done this afternoon 4. The cramps from my cervical check Wednesday have finally stopped 5. They have bourbon chocolate cupcakes at my favorite cupcake shop today
2. I found a house cleaner to come do a deep clean before the baby comes! She is coming to give an estimate tonight and then she said she can clean next week one day. I am so glad I don't have to scrub the bathrooms myself!
3. My husband had the day off work today - a company family day - so it's been nice to have a little extra time together!
4. I got my hair done yesterday, and a (terrible) pedicure on Wednesday, so now I am ready for baby!
5. I found some cute stuff for the baby's first easter basket since we know he'll be here by then, and I bought some former chocolates for me and my mom to put in there too haha. Can't wait for those!!
1. It's my second to last Friday at work! One week left!
2. It's my dog's birthday. It makes me happy. Lol. Kinda wondered sometimes if she was gonna share a birthday with her human sister.
3. Even though it's supposed to rain for the next like five days, it's at least supposed to be in the 60s! I can take comfort in that, even though I really want sunny weather soon.
4. The weekend is almost here, and with it the chance to get some final things done--cleaning house, decorating the nursery, sanitizing bottles and breast pump. That's actually about it. Feels nice to be ready!
5. DH and I are doing the same Bible-in-a-year reading plan this year, so I've told him I'll read aloud each night while he gives me a back massage. It's been a week now of nightly massages and it's awesome. I should have thought of it sooner. Haha.
1) Redeemed my free Starbucks birthday drink this morning (birthday was Wednesday)... decaf caramel macchiato... yum. Little one loved all the sugar - she was kicking quite a bit!
2) Excited to do not a whole heck of a lot this weekend! There's a few loose ends to tie up, things to be washed for baby, etc. but it'll be mostly just hanging out and trying to get as much sleep (or at least rest) as I can.
3) My SIL sent me a care package for my birthday with things I'll want postpartum... dry shampoo, face wipes, snacks, a cute glass tumbler with a straw, those ice/heat packs for breasts, lanolin, and a super soft robe. I could've cried I loved it so much. It was so sweet of her.
4) Tomorrow is actually APRIL? How is that even possible? It seems like just yesterday that I took a pregnancy test!!
5) It may be FTM naivete, but I think my excitement about meeting LO has officially outgrown any fear I was feeling about the labor and delivery process. (at least for the time being) I just want her to get here! As of right now though she seems to be perfectly comfortable hanging out on the inside.

Yay that everything looks good - boo that we have to keep on going regardless. 3. I've been making a lot of dates with my girlfriends. It's been wonderful seeing them. Only one is a mom so it will be quite different once Bean is here. 4. I bought over 10 lbs of meat yesterday in hopes of doing some meal prep/freezer meals this weekend. I think I went over board but I'm excited that this nesting gene has finally kicked in in the form of meal prepping. 5. Only 9 work days left until maternity leave starts. I'm half excited half bummed to be leaving work. I'm sure I will be 100% excited once it gets closer though.
1) it's April! My birth month! 2) I went grocery shopping by myself yesterday which is now one of my greatest pleasures to unwind. I figure we were going to spend money anyway on groceries, so I'm not splurging. I love to go slowly up and down the aisles. 3) I've still been pain free since my chiropractor adjustment. 4) talked to my bestie on the phone yesterday. 5) my toddler had started giving out kisses its so sweet
1. I'm sitting in the pedicure chair right. now. It is heavenly.
2. DS is going to a reptile 'show' with MIL and his cousins tonight and he loves animals so much that I know he's gonna love it.
3. MIL is keeping DS for the night, so DH and I are going to have one last date night before baby gets here. I've requested tacos, a walk around the town center, and sex. Hey, gotta get that baby out!
4. I made DH a 'honey do list,' and he's actually DOING it.
5. I'M HAVING A BABY WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK. Holy cow.
1. Baby girl is still head up and apparently isn't going to make an appearance on her own any time soon. Yay for her appearance on Monday!
2. I enjoyed every minute of my pedicure and manicure today.
3. Mac n cheese is on the dinner menu tonight.
4. My house cleaners ate my last chocolate donut on Monday and I'm still bitter about it.
5. Our contractor promised he'd come this week to finish loose ends - which included hanging a curtain rod in our master room. It's Friday, and he still hasn't come .... so mad. He's had 9 months to hang it too!!! I'm gonna have to get my dad to put it up this weekend. Will need it before we bring the baby home next week. We have a huge sliding door in the master and nothing to keep the sun out.
1. This is my last Friday pregnant. Baby will be here Monday!!
2. I totally stuffed my face at a season fried food place yesterday and it was glorious.
3. DH did all our laundry.. cleaned DDs room.. did her laundry.. cleaned the car seat.. brought the dog to the groomers.. went grocery shopping (My parents will watch DD at ours since it's super close to the hospital) while I went through a stack of papers and took a nap.. (I feel bad writing this bc I know some people are having issues with DHs sucking)
4. DD has randomly seemed to get over her anxiety about my parents watching her and has made a list of things she wants to do with them (make cookies, etc)
5. I finally feel ready for this baby.. and I got the things I still needed for my hospital bag!
