And I'll start us out. I was putting laundry away yesterday and had one of DH's shirts already on a hanger and was holding it against my chest while I sorted some other things and then realized I had leaked breastmilk ALL over it ... it was dark color so I definitely just shrugged and hung it up anyway. Whoops! But seriously, why is it fair that I'm the only one constantly covered in milk around here??
We were hosting a dinner for 15 people and between the commotion DH and I both assumed each other were going to feed DS. Turns out we both forgot to feed DS 1 dinner and didn't realize it until well after he went to bed. Whoops! He seemed fine the next morning but we felt sooooo bad.
I've had pop tarts for breakfast three times this week. I never have pop tarts. But we had them leftover from when family visited and I gleefully devoured them for breakfast and I think I only left DH one package. Lol.
I brought Easter candy to school yesterday so my students could "play bingo". Actually, I wanted to stuff chocolate in my face, sit in a desk while they made bingo cards, and not feel guilty.
We've totally done that before! "did you feed Dean?" "no, did you?" "well i gave him a banana earlier". "oh, well he's okay then" The good thing is that he's now 3 and says "i want to eat something." So we can no longer look him over!
My flame free is that I've been wearing flip flops to work! I have 2 weeks left and my feet have become quite swollen and fat. Not to mention, I've been wearing the same 5 dresses in rotation.
@shaunessa, yeah I've been wearing flip flops to work the last couple of weeks for the same issues! No judgement here! And yeah, my work out fits are seriously the same couple skirts and tops just switched around each week.
Flip flops for me too. I told my boss last week that I was going to start wearing them and he said "I don't care what you wear as long as you don't what you wear as long as you don't go into labor while you are here."
We are "supposed to" dress business casual here. No jeans (except Friday). I put supposed to in quotes, because there is no official dress code, but you are kind of side-eyed if you dress down. I've been wearing maternity jeans just about every day for the last 7 months because that was all I had. I have a few bottoms that could work for business casual, but I save those for days I have a meeting or something important. I told my boss that this is just going to have to be the way it is because I'm not spending a ton of cash on a new wardrobe (especially with DH being unemployed).
same here. Prison work is business casual for some reason, which seems dumb to me, but I have worn jeans almost every single day. My boss said something to me about it and I pretty well told her to shove it. I am jealous of everyones ability to wear flip flops tho. Shoes suck.
my FFFC is I faked an O last night so DH would finish and hopefully that would have some effect on my cervix.
I spent so much time in hot tubs yesterday. It was my day at the fancy pants spa and it was g-l-o-r-i-o-u-s. I got my prenatal massage and spent so much time just relaxing in a pool, doing their "cleansing bath ritual" and then just sitting in a comfy chair with my feet up sipping coffee and tea in the "quiet room". It was probably the happiest day of my life. Anyway, the lady working there gave me a little tour when I first got there since I was new. She kept pointing out the hot tubs and the steam room and telling me of course I shouldn't get in those. And I nodded along totally planning on hopping in. My midwife gave me the all clear this week. She said 10 minutes at a time of sitting in a hot tub wouldn't hurt anything. Basically I was ok as long as I didn't start feeling overheated. So, I sat in those hot tubs and don't regret a thing. I would get out and cool down or just soak my feet for a bit every 10ish minutes. I even sat in the steam room for a couple of minutes a few times. I could tell I was getting the side eye a couple of times from older "know it all" ladies. But, I did not give a rat's ass. Again.... glorious!!!

@mrsstuessy Your day sounds amazing! And I'm definitely jealous! I wish I had access to a hot tub cuz I would definitely be at least dipping my feet in it. Glad you had a relaxing day. Moving this weekend, right?
I'm secretly hoping that the rain that we got all day today (as well as all this week) has been enough to cancel baseball games tmrw. Its not that I don't want to go and cheer on DSS#2 at his game, but DS's team has snackbar duty and I just don't really feel like doing it. Plus, they moved the time slot to overlap DSS#2's game and I'm not going to work through it. So I will only be there until his game starts and then they can figure it out with one less person. But if it rained....then that would mean no snack bar duty!!
So I kinda feel guilty about this one. My best friend has OCD and I invited her over today knowing that my house is a mess and she wouldn't be able to take it and would clean for me. It worked my kitchen is spotless and the baby's room is as organized as it can at this point. I did cook dinner for her in return.
@KirstinH88 Yep! Moving tomorrow! Also, FYI to the group. We won't have internet at the house until Friday so I will be able to check in every day, but not spend more than a few minutes on here for the next week. Don't worry about me, I just hope I don't miss too many babies.

@mrsstuessy Thanks for the FYI! I would have wondered where you went and/or if baby girl came if I didn't see you post after a few days. Enjoy the move and hopefully it goes as smoothly as possible!

My wish came true!!! The fields are closed due to rain and standing water. Woohoo!!!
