BH seemed to have slowed down, but I'm still having what feel like "real" contractions at night. My hips and lower back are achy, and I've had some off and on period-like aching. I have a short fuse, and am tired, but get spurts of energy here and there. I'm trying to get my work done, but either no one wants to cooperate, or they're taking their sweet time then expecting me to chopchop. I'm pretty much done at this point, but I still feel like I have a lot to tie up at work before I go, so I'm torn as to whether or not I want to go into labor just yet.
DH left early this morning for the airport (he's at a conference and will be back Sunday) so of course since my anxiety is slightly elevated every bodily thing is freaking me out a bit more than usual. One episode of diarrhea this morning has got me Googling stuff at work about whether this is an early labor sign (spoiler alert: it sure is!). This little girl needs to stay put for a few more days at least! Been looking at return flights for him just in case (but I don't want him to know that, haha).
I am just dealing with reflux and Braxton Hicks. The chiropractor worked wonders and I have minimal pain which is great for taking care of a toddler, all the vending and picking up I have to do.
Terrible sleep last night resulting in one of the longest days ever. I honestly feel like a total wreck. Tons of painful cramping, contractions, and general discomfort. Anxious to get this show on the road!
@schef070911 I know it's different for everyone but with my first I had diarrhea for two full weeks before she actually came! (I'm on Day three of it right now.) So you could still have plenty of time! Fingers crossed baby waits for her daddy to be home!
@KirstinH88 haha it's kinda blowing my mind that I might actually get my *wish*! Lol! I'm breaking out the bouncy ball, pineapple juice, and might even try a little horizontal shuffling this evening to help this process along. Baby girl has been a contraction tease all week and frankly I'm a bit over it!
@Dannylion24 Do all the things!!! I'm going to be keeping my eye out for an announcement from you this weekend. But, if she isn't here tmrw, Saturday is a pretty good day too (my birthday).
Is being a bad driver a pregnancy symptom? Because all of the sudden, I find myself driving super slow all the time. I have no clue what my problem is.

@cafedisco I've slowed down too! I've credited it with the fact that everyone seems to be trying to kill me so naturally it's safer for me to just start driving like a grandma. I told DH today that he needs to buy me a safer car.
@schef070911 I have had diarrhea every single morning for over a month. So, that is certainly un unhelpful "labor sign" for me. haha!
I'm back from a couple of days of staying at a farmhouse two hours away from home with my uncle and two cousins. It was a fun break for DD and I. No internet, which was a nice break. We played outside and watched the others fly fish, played with the dog, watched the newborn baby cow in our backyard, etc. But, we slept in the same bed, which I think is a big reason my pelvis is in so much pain right now that I literally just cried as DH helped me sit up in bed. We needed to pick out paint swatches for our new apartment, since they are going to paint this week. So, we went to Walmart, which was the closest store, and DH pushed me around in a wheelchair. I can literally barely walk. It is so bad, you guys. And driving for a few hours a day and then spending an hour in the wheelchair at Walmart has led to the most swollen ankles ever! I don't know if I can do this for another month. waaaaaaahhhhhhhh!

@mrsstuessy I've been wondering where you were at! I'm glad you had a nice, calming weekend, but sucks that you are in so much pain! Maybe baby girl will come a little bit early to relieve her mama of that pain.
Not a pregnancy symptom (I don't think) but DH gave me a cold and it sucks. Runny nose, cough, scratchy throat. At least I don't have chest congestion (yet...FX).

@KirstinH88 Thanks! I am torn. I am hoping she stays in there another 3 weeks because then my mom and sister will be around, and I really want them to be here when she is born. But, I am in so much pain that I am starting to not care as much. I am just taking it one day at a time and trying to make it 3 more weeks.

@Omie_Wise I don't necessarily mind painting, but this time around I am more than happy to let our landlord paint for us. It worked out great. He needs to paint a few walls since the last tenants just moved out and really messed up the paint on a couple walls. He normally just does it all white, but asked us this time if we wanted him to paint something else. So we got to pick out colors for a wall of a bedroom, the big wall in the living room and the girl's bedroom walls. We thought they would all be white, which I came to peace with but didn't prefer, so this is a fun treat.

The last two days I have been having period like cramps. They come and go and are lower than my belly button. Are these Braxton hicks? Up until this week my Braxton hicks have just been painless tightening, but I wasn't sure if there were multiple types of BH.
@BabyBlake042017 I've had cramping too off and on but haven't noticed any tightening going on when it happens, so I was just writing it off as a late pregnancy symptom. I think I told OB about it last week and she said mild period cramping is normal, if it gets more intense/painful to call in!
@wagnerw my baby kicks me when rest my arms on my bump...although it hasn't been as picky about this lately, I'll add this to the "reasons I might have dropped" list.
