Snowed in, didn't grocery shop like I should have yesterday and then this......see pic......DH is an a-hole haha. I was actually enraged. Lol Guess I'll just make myself a fruit smoothie....probably for the better.
@JWatt5 NO hahah. That's so annoying. DH does that all the time - he'll leave 2 chips in a bag and put it back in the pantry. Or a drop of milk in the carton and back it goes in the fridge!

I probably looked like such a mess when I got there, the front desk felt too much pity to just send me away, so they moved me to another slot an hr later someone had cancelled. It took me the whole hour just to calm down! But the positive: there were doughnuts when I got to work, and since so many people worked from home today, I got a good one!

Bc we got 3+ feet of snow. snow up to my kitchen windows. And I had no snow day bc I'm a nurse aka essential employee. I feel so bad that I can't help my bf take care of it all
I was making costumes for an upcoming performance with a bunch of ladies in the show, and I started to get really hormonal and hangry. I was just going to leave and take my tears to get some take-out, but when someone asked me what I was craving, I started blubbering "I just don't know! I think I want a waffle!" Then the woman whose house we were at quietly slipped into the kitchen and made me a bunch of waffles! It was like a night-day switch in my attitude. Waffle powered costuming!
@brookedeyo - My area got the same thing yesterday!! I got a snow day, DH didn't. Took me a while to get at least one lane of the driveway shoveled out so he would have a place to park! Crazy amount of snow in one day! There wasn't even a snowflake on the ground Monday am.
