I've eaten take out since Thursday dinner (and the only reason I didn't on Wednesday night was because someone else fed me), with the exception of today's lunch, which was delicious. I feel pretty bad that I haven't done much cooking. So this week's goals are simple: two nights in a row of home-cooked meals!
I was super excited thinking that this week I'd actually meal plan. DH has been on nights for over a month now, with only one day off every 14 days, and I just can't find the motivation to cook for just myself. His last night was supossed to be last Friday. Wellll they called him and told him that starting tomorrow, he has to go out of town for a week and a half. So much for cooking and returning to healthy eating...
