1) How far along are you? 9w5d

2) How are you feeling physically and emotionally? With both, pretty well. I had some terrible constipation issues but it's better now. My symptoms have lessened, which should make my anxiety rise but I'm doing okay today. My pants are definitely feeling tighter this morning but I think it's still just lots of bloating.

3) When is your next appointment? Monday, 3/13 with my OB. I feel like I haven't really gotten any information about what to expect down the line with this pregnancy because I was with my RE until now and last time, we just never got to that stage with the OB, so I'm sure I'll get plenty of info on Monday.

4) Rants/Raves/Questions Has anyone else had their symptoms lessen lately? I know it's common around this time to have it happen. Also, who all have you all announced the pregnancy to? I feel like way more people know than I intended, but I'm comfortable with that.

5) GTKY: What is your favorite vacation you've taken? Or where is your dream destination? H and I went on a trip to London probably 9 years ago that was really enjoyable - I love all the history!

2) How are you feeling physically and emotionally? Nausea and vomiting every day. Which should be reassuring. But I did this same thing with my MMC so it drives me nuts when people tell me it's a good sign. Sorry. That's my rant. And probably where I'm at emotionally. Because that seems to be what people say when I tell them I'm scared.

3) When is your next appointment? Tomorrow!!!!!!! I am just praying everything goes well. I've been having some bad days emotionally this past week. So I really need this reassurance.

5) GTKY: What is your favorite vacation you've taken? Or where is your dream destination? I love New York. And Europe. But I would love to go back to Europe and see more because I only went to Germany and Austria.

@laeberge3 My DH was hosting a conference when I was just turning 7 weeks and he told basically everyone who attended. I walked in halfway through the first day and was bombarded by "congratulations!!!" from complete strangers. My DH has no chill whatsoever.

1) How far along are you? 8w4d

2) How are you feeling physically and emotionally? Physically still f*cking horrible, emotionally pretty great today.

3) When is your next appointment? It was this morning! It was just with a midwife so all she had was the portable scanner. But we were able to see the heartbeat ticking away and the bean is measuring right on schedule -- and that's all through an abdominal scan, which is AMAZING to me! I have a super tilted uterus so all my scans up til now have had to be transvaginal. We had one just a week and a half ago and absolutely nothing could be seen via abdominal, and that was with the legit ultrasound equipment -- the tech was clearly nervous she was going to have to give us bad news until she did the transvaginal and there it was, clear as day. It's awesome that just a week and a half later the bean is big enough to see using a portable scanner's normal abdominal setting

4) Rants/Raves/Questions Rave above! Rant is that food is still the worst and it's beginning to really wear on me. Even on my worst hangovers I could still get excited about food, but with MS it appears there is no respite whatsoever.

5) GTKY: What is your favorite vacation you've taken? Or where is your dream destination? I loved the trip to Costa Rica we took when DH proposed -- he used to live there for a bit after college and it was definitely a turn on to see him so in his element!

@migdala How cute of your DH! I tell a few more people each week but just keep waiting until "after the next appointment." How amazing that you could hear/see everything via an abdominal scan! It really is amazing how much difference even a week makes. Hope you start feeling physically better soon!

@laeberge3 my nausea has definitely lessened the past couple days. I'm 10+3, but Saturday at 9+6, I was so miserable that I had to take Reglan. Then Sunday I was ok. A little iffy on nausea, but not terrible. Monday I woke up even better. I have woken up in the motn kind of nauseous and it's not 100% gone, but it's nothing that bothers me at this point. Boobs are still a little sore and I'm still a little tired all day, but functional tired now instead of completely exhausted.

2) How are you feeling physically and emotionally? I'm good on both, strangely. My ms has nearly vanished, which I would normally freak about, but I'm using my doppler and finding a great HB, so I'm finally calming down for the first time since before my bfp

3) When is your next appointment? not until the end of the month

5) GTKY: What is your favorite vacation you've taken? Or where is your dream destination? I haven't done anything particularly exciting. Dh and I would love to go to Europe someday, but with soon-to-be 4 kids, I don't see it happening for quite some time.

2) How are you feeling physically and emotionally? Pretty normal.

3) When is your next appointment? March 21. I'm so impatient. Especially knowing that by 7w they could likely find a HB but I still have to wait two more weeks.

4) Rants/Raves/Questions I've already told more people this time around, but it couldn't really be avoided because we were out of town with a big group of friends over the weekend and I'm normally the first person uncorking the wine. They're close friends so it won't be a huge deal either way, but I'd obviously prefer to not un-tell anyone.

5) GTKY: What is your favorite vacation you've taken? Or where is your dream destination? Dream vacation: a week in Costa Rica.

Take 2....hello there ladies. New to this board, decided to join after my great ultrasound today!

I'm 9w 1d and happy to still be pregnant after some low betas and lots of bleeding. I had 2 miscarriages last year at 5 and 10 weeks. So I'm cautiously optimistic. My next appt is April 6th, going to be a long 4 weeks!

@laeberge3 my symptoms have come and gone in all my pregnancies regardless if it was a miscarriage or my DD. But it's frustrating and screws with your mind.

@mommac2017 hope your appt goes well tomorrow!

1) How far along are you? 6+6

2) How are you feeling physically and emotionally? Physically - nauseous most of the day, very bloated and very sore boobs.

3) When is your next appointment? My first appointment is March 22. It feels like forever away and honestly it feels like this pregnancy has been going by so slow. Once I get some reassurance from my appointment, I think I'll be able to relax and enjoy it more.

4) Rants/Raves/Questions. Not too much at the moment. I'm just glad that the spotting stopped. If you can even call it that. It only happened when I wiped, except once there was a small blob of pink discharge in the toilet. It freaked me out to the point I fished it out and examined it. Seriously. Having lost a pregnancy makes you turn into a crazy person.

5) GTKY: What is your favorite vacation you've taken? Or where is your dream destination? The favourite vacation I have taken was Dominican in 2015. This was where we conceived our DS after our first pregnancy ended in MC. Dream vacation though, is definitely Australia!

2. Awful. Just awful. It's my loss milestone very soon so I've all but convinced myself my baby has died again.

3. A couple weeks from now for NIPT ultrasound/bloodwork

rant: I'd love to be able to eat again sometime

rave: just planted my tomatoes for the year!

5. A cross country trip east to Prince Edward Island when I was about ten with a close second going to NYC as an adult.

@laeberge3 We've told our closest friends and that's about it. I'm also a regular at some local businesses, who DH has told because it's concerning that I've totally disappeared. I'm not planning on telling anyone else, ever. They can guess/assume. Pregnancy loss and TTTC made me really, really weird about sharing.

@reneeannemm, I'm so sorry you're having such a hard time right now. Those milestones are soooo hard. Any chance you could get in sooner with your doctor just for peace of mind? My OB has been so wonderful and scheduled 2 extra appointments for me. One is today!

Anyways, I'm really sorry. Maybe chat with your OB about your concerns and see if you can come in sooner just for a quick scan?

@laeberge3 I told two close female friends and my mom. My mom told my dad, but promised to stay quiet otherwise. But my mom usually tells her sister (my aunt) everything, and said aunt sent a text message about how "things happen for a reason" after my miscarriage along with Bible verses. I think my aunt meant well, but it was neither well said nor well taken. Probably shouldn't have told my mom. I think that I am just going to make people uncomfortably suspicious as my bump grows but not say a word otherwise.

@sjohns08 I am incubating kid #4 right now too, and travel hopes are quickly waning for sure!

2) How are you feeling physically and emotionally? Doing better physically. The nausea is starting to calm down and I was able to cook my family a nice dinner last night, which is something that is very important to me but I had been unable to handle it the last few weeks.

3) When is your next appointment? I had one yesterday (3/8). The next one is in a month.

5) GTKY: What is your favorite vacation you've taken? Or where is your dream destination? Most of my travel has been for education or business or weddings. But DH and I had a nice honeymoon in the Caribbean and also spent some time at a resort in Cancun, Mexico a few years back.

@mommac2017 Thank you so much. I just saw my doctor earlier this week - and I really like her - but when I told her how hard this milestone was she said we just have to assume everything is OK until the next scan. I think I can make it. Fifteen days to go!

2) How are you feeling physically and emotionally? PGAL brain has kicked in hard the last several days. I keep wanting to check for the HB again but I want to just leave baby alone until MH gets home this weekend. I skipped diclegis accidentally while transitioning to 3rd shift and I'm never making that mistake again.

3) When is your next appointment? At 10+4 (with MH!) with my midwife to find the HB and do a trans-abdominal ultrasound.

5) GTKY: What is your favorite vacation you've taken? Or where is your dream destination? Northern Russia over summer solstice.

1) 8w+2d

2) physically - my awful nausea has gone away, which terrifies me. But I did puke today so idk. I'm obviously paranoid. Emotionally - we passed the week of my last loss so I feel a little better, even tho I know that doesn't mean anything it's still somewhat reassuring. Just mostly nervous about the fluctuating symptoms

3) my next appointment is an ultrasound TODAY at 3:30!!!!

4) my midwife used a portable scanner yesterday and we saw my sweet baby's heartbeat! I was thrilled. I will be able to breathe after this ultrasound today if everything is measuring on track and blood work looks good. I am hopeful.

5) We went to St Thomas on our honeymoon and that was absolutely beautiful. But so was the Dominican Republic! And South Africa!

2) How are you feeling physically and emotionally? Tired and queasy, sore boobs, it's nice to have symptoms though haha! The nightmares have stopped so that's nice, still doesn't really feel real but hopefully the ultrasound next week will help that.

4) Rants/Raves/Questions Not right now I don't hink. It's a little frustrating that my last couple of cravings have ended up making me feel really sick

5) GTKY: What is your favorite vacation you've taken? Or where is your dream destination? My favourite would probably be Disneyland with DD1. She was 7 and we went just the two of us, it was so mellow and fun, I loved it! I'd love to go to Africa, don't know where exactly, maybe Ethiopia since that's where my brother is from but I'd have to do my research about qhich country would be the best for me.

@laeberge3 symptoms usually do ease up around 10 weeks or so and the 2nd trimester is supposed to be smooth sailing!
@mommac2017 How did the appointment go?
@migdala I totally feel ya on the food thing..nothing looks good anymore..and it makes me sad lol
@Rileypie glad you're joining us! Hope we can help keep you distracted and your mind at ease until your next appointment.
@reneeannemm Sorry you're going through such a rough time.. maybe you could schedule a sonogram at a private place to help ease your mind. I know they'll do a basic one just to show you the baby and heartbeat for around $40 here.

2) How are you feeling physically and emotionally?
Physically I'm exhausted and nauseous and crampy...but glad to be having symptoms. Emotionally I feel okay...this spotting has me feeling nervous, but I've seen my little bean's heartbeat twice this week, so I keep telling myself everything's gonna be ok.

3) When is your next appointment?
March 14th to evaluate some on going issues with my cervix...fun stuff

I wish I could enjoy food.

5) GTKY: What is your favorite vacation you've taken? Or where is your dream destination?
I grew up next to Mexico so I've been there a bunch, but nowhere super cool really. I'd love to go to New Zealand someday though!

Baby is measuring right on schedule. We were able to see it kicking its legs and waving its arms around like crazy. My OB commented on how active he/she is. And now that I'm past 10 weeks and all looks good, she feels very good about this pregnancy. So I feel fantastic!!

@flowerintherain Thank you! That's a good suggestion, but I'm in Canada so I think because of regulations they're really uncommon here. I found one in Toronto, but it's about $200 for a half hour.

@mommac2017 Wonderful news!

I'm all right for now - I found the heartbeat this morning using my doppler for the first time! It was really tricky and only for about five seconds, but unmistakable compared to mine.
